OK, so I need your opinions ladies.... I know you are all sick of hearing about this, but I promise to leave it alone after you give me your honest opinions.

So looks like today I am CD64, post 3rd natural mc, still waiting for af. When I called a few weeks ago, they told me to wait till I was 3mos late. GRR not doing that obviously! I took a hpt last week and it was still bfn, I haven't tested this week bc I can't stand seeing those stupid bfn's.

So my question is I was thinking about calling in and requesting something to bring on AF. I am beyond anxious to get going on the Clomid again and get things moving!! I am fast approaching 3yrs ttc and I can't take it anymore. Do you think I should call and request it today, or should I wait till my appt next week? I'm just worried that if I wait till my appt next week it will turn into being all about this and not about the RPL testing like it's supposed to be....I'm soooo confused and sick and tired of waiting.

I say, call and INSIST that they do something. Say that this is starting to affect all facets of your life and that you need to move on from your 3rd loss. If they do not comply, get the doctor on the phone. You have the right to insist on care that you want.

Point out that you have been trying for 3 years and you do not think waiting 30 more days will do you any good.

I would call. My md told me to call her after 8 weeks if no AF after my m/c. 3months sounds like a really long time!

i agree with pp. explain the situation like you did above. waiting 30 more days i think is cruel and they should def help you out. it really can't hurt to call and try. good luck!!

I agree with gallerygirl. I think you need to call today and insist something be done at this point. This is just dragging out too long.

Like I said, I waiting 54 for my AF after m/c and I was going to call and RANT if I didn't have it by 2 months.

In spite of possibly sounding straight from the 90s... YOU GO GIRL!

Definitely call and get something to bring af on...something is obviously not right, so no sense waiting even longer.

Thanks ladies! I am on hold at the office right now! I'm also shaking like a leaf! haha, why do I always get like this when I have to call there??? Hopefully I'll have good news to update you with very very soon....ugh I hate being on hold, but at least it looks like mr dr's nurse is in today! Woohoo!

I agree with pp's. Call today and tell them what you want. Ultimately it should be your choice since it's your body.

I would call, it can take a week or so to bring on AF anyway so it will just get things moving faster.

How long did AF take to show after your previous m/c? I have heard of ladies being told to call if no AF after 60 days, but not 90 days. That seems excessive! Did they give you a reason for the 90 day wait? At the very least, explain that you are very anxioius to try again and don't understand the long wait and ask to speak with the doctor.

You could always make a appt with another OB and get a second opinion.

I say call too and if they won't talk to you about it, call your local hospital and ask for a referal to a different doc. ?Even if you don't switch docs, it might be worth it to talk to someone else and get a 2nd opinion.

I would call and ask. The worst they can say is no. I begged and pleaded, but they made me wait the full 90 days before they could call anything in, plus I had to do some blood work just to make sure everything was okay. If they won't okay it today over the phone you could try to be more persuasive in person next week.
