    What did you do to stay fit this week? 
    Eliptical for about 35min 5 days, two days of weights, daily walks at lunch or in the evening

    What new struggles did you have with your fit routine? 
    I had zero motivation to pick up weights yesterday even though I should have.  And....my compression tights compress too much so I may have broke down and got a pair of maternity yoga leggings from target yesterday.

    GTKY: Whats you favorite food/drink indulgence? 
    Starbucks Chai with Almond Milk  :#

  • How far along are you? 5 wks, 2 days!!

    What did you do to stay fit this week? My goal for this pregnancy is to workout 4 days a week! This week was a lot of elliptical! This morning was walking!

    What new struggles did you have with your fit routine? End of April I ran my 3rd half marathon! Since then I had been struggling but once I saw that positive test I'm so motivated!! The extreme exhaustion hasn't set in yet though so we'll see how this goes!!

    GTKY: Whats you favorite food/drink indulgence? Cookie dough, cheesecake or ketchup!! I seriously lovvvve ketchup!

    What did you do to stay fit this week?
    I have a preschooler and a borderline toddler, so I count chasing them around as exercise. Additionally, we're having our kitchen renovated, so each evening I've been emptying cabinets and carrying things up and down from the kitchen to the basement. Other than that, I've been pinning some different workouts I want to start up either over the weekend or next week. However... today is national donut day, which I celebrated by driving out of my way to a QuickTrip to buy two donuts for myself before heading in to work today.

    What new struggles did you have with your fit routine?
    Finding the motivation is a struggle for me. After working during the day - albeit a desk job - and then chasing/playing with the kiddos in the evenings, combined with the increasing pregnancy-induced fatigue, it's so hard to work up the will power to exercise before bed.

    GTKY: Whats you favorite food/drink indulgence?
    My favorite indulgence is diet soda, honestly. I give up soda during my pregnancies - I don't know why I go back to it afterwards every time!

  • @garykayla I had also been struggling to find motivation to work out but know I need to so I haven't missed much this week.

    @soberkfell I also celebrated national donut day!
  • I have no idea how far along I am yet! Trying to figure that out right now :smile:

    This is my first positive since beginning our journey of IF! We had our FET on 5/24 and 7dp5dt (Wednesday) I tested positive st home! 8dp5dt was also a positive & today was my first beta! Came in strong at 346! 

    I have not not been allowed to workout since I started this cycle which was 5/10! My RE says I will be able to ease back into it once things getting rolling?! I am a Crossfit addict so I'm ready to get back to it! I love that you ladies have been exercising this whole time! Stay strong mamas!

    food/drink: I LOVE homemade iced coffee & haven't had any since starting this cycle! I'm missing it so bad with the summer heat! 
    I LOVE ice cream and have been enjoying Halo Top instead of coffee! 
  • I got my positive last week and just due to some house projects, I haven't been back to the gym since finding out.  I ran my third half marathon two weekends ago and I have a 5k this weekend.  I have promised my self to keep up with the gym as much as possible.  This is not only key for the obvious weight management and physical aspect but helps me tremendously with stress. Today is the start of five weeks and at the gym bright and early.

    What did you do to stay fit this week? 
    I've been walking to town with the kids for at least an hour per day. It doesn't sound like much but I have three on the stroller and there is a big portion that is a really steep hill so it's no joke.

    What new struggles did you have with your fit routine?
    No new pregnancy related struggles but it's been raining here a lot so it is hard to get out. I'm anticipating some more troubles next week when my 5 year old is done school and has to join. This weekend she came with me and I'm like panting going up the hill and she wants me to answer a million questions.

    GTKY: Whats you favorite food/drink indulgence?
    Fast food, especially at night around 9:30. I've been better this week but had a few slip ups on the weekend

  • HOW FAR ALONG AM I : I am 4 weeks 5 days


    WHAT DID I DO TO STAY FIT THIS WEEK:
    I worked out 2 times in total gym for 15 min and walked at least 1 mile everyday. I took the stairs 2 instead of elevator at work and saturday for my DS bday i chased him and 8 other kids for 2 hrs at a skating rink. Other than that not much like @Sabriel1
    I work at a desk job 9 -6 est time so just to get MMOTIVATED 


    WHAT NEW STRUGGLES DID I HAVE WITH MY FIT ROUTIN: i know its early but i keep getting reall queezy and it just makes wanting to work out the biggest pain

    WHAT IS FAVORITE FFOOD/DRINK INDULGENCE: Mt. dew and mocha frappes are huge drinks for me and sunflower seeds to snack on
