Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss

End the Silence on Pregancy Loss

This week my husband and I lost our 6th pregnancy. My husband took the time to write about our experience, and I want to share it here. We are sharing our story because we want others who are experiencing a loss, to know that they are not alone. No one ever talks about miscarriage, and talking about is a big part in healing. Here is the link to our story :  https://www.lifeofdad.com/lucky-number-7/

Please feel free to share this story.

  • I am dealing with my second, a few weeks out. Thought I was okay, then heard a song on my Pandora today and lost it. I had to escape to my car during work to keep my coworkers from asking what was wrong. Thank you for posting this. It's exactly how I've been feeling. I can't imagine your pain six times. Praying for you and your family.

May God heal us all. Amen
  • Thank you for sharing. I just experienced my first loss and had a D&C on Monday. I can't imagine the pain you two must be going through; you are so brave. This first loss of mine has put so many fears and doubts about trying again, but I know I can't let those thoughts rule my life.

  • 4th loss ... sept 17th
  • I don't think I can do it anymore. I feel so empty
  • 4th loss?  I don't think I could do it anymore either @knottiec5616039a09bea58

I could go thru 1 more and then I'd call it quits.  I've only had 1 loss.

  • I'm so sorry. I can't imagine how devestating it must feel. We've had one loss and it feels like my heart is stomped on each day everytime I see children or pregnant women. There is hope...I hope you can conceive and have a healthy baby soon.
  • @knottiec5616039a09bea58 I'm sorry. I've had 4 losses as well. It's devastating. We've gotten a ton of testing done. We have one more test we're waiting to do, and then we're going to try again. But like you said, each one has taken a piece out of me and I feel like I'm losing myself. So we've agreed to try once more... maybe twice more. If we're not successful, we'll be living Childless Not By Choice.
