Some needed distraction....

I'm waiting on blood-work results that my RE said would be available on the online portal late morning-early afternoon. I'm an anxious, crazy mess. I hope everyone is okay with these posts, but I need a distraction so I don't lose it. lol  Soooooo....

If you had unlimited funds, and you were able to start a business, what would it be called? What would you sell/make?  Would you work there or hire people?

I've done this as a free-writing exercise for my students when we've had some down time at the end of the year. Obviously, you won't be graded on this like they were ;). Have fun!


If I was able to start a business, I would LOVE to have a bakery. I would call it Okie Baker. We would sell all sorts of bread, pastries, and cakes. I would work there part time, and hire people to decorate cakes because I'm not good at that part.

    Fingers crossed for you!!! It didn't dawn on me it was so close to your beta time! I'm at work and probably need a distraction from the googling everything today!!!

    I would have a big property and build a boarding kennel on it. Have doggie day care and boarding for people on vacation also offer training. I would also help house rescue dogs.

    I would operate group homes for teenagers and have a rigorous screening process for staff. I would have homes that are set aside from every state funded program that offers bare minimums with surface interactions. I've licensed group homes for the state in which I reside and I seen so many sad, money-driven, and with no familial elements to them homes.

    We alreasy have a business, so i would buy a warehouse and a yard full of equipment and HIRE MOAR GUYS!!!!!!  But I like your ideas too @choosinghope2 @Labluver2

    @nmd9168. Are you by chance in/from Oklahoma????  Did your results come back...???

    @BusinessWife No, I am from Michigan. My results are back. The first beta was 206 and the 2nd was 490.
