  @tops-2 Only main side effect I got from femara / letrozole was hot flashes. Some people say they get headaches, but just drink a decent amount of water and you shouldn't have any issues.

  Thank you I've been told they make you tired too, so I'll probably take them at night

  @tops-2 I haven't had any obvious side effects on letrozole, but I'm also on the lowest possible dose, I think. But I also had no obvious side effects on clomid so I may not be as susceptible as others. Hope you're in the no side effects camp, too!

  @tops-2 I think it is a wise decision to take them at night.  Whenever I was on Letrozole, I was exhausted.  Even when I took them at night, I was still pretty tired during the day but I think it took the edge off a bit.
