Mommy to a super cute havanesse puppy and baby boy!
Being every 2 weeks now is so crazy to me, I feel like I should have way more done.
TW: 1 infant loss 8/17: Our daughter was born 8/18: Our daughter kicked open heart surgery ass 2/19: We lost our son to Prader-Willi/Paradoxical Vocal Cord/ Noonans at 6wks old 4/26/2020: EDD for baby #3!!!
Follow up ultrasound today at 28 weeks, everything is perfectly boring according to the dr so I don't need anymore follow ups. He measuring great and we got some great little shots of his face. Nothing else till mid June then I start the every two week appointments.
I don't have a Dr appointment until next Thursday. I do however have multiple daycare tours scheduled during my lunch hour every day this week. I want to select one by Friday and put down my deposit. I am a woman on a mission!
Appointment tomorrow to check my cervix due to PROM and Preterm labor/cervix issues. I already go every 2 weeks from the start and will be going to every week at 31 weeks. (Currently 29)... been having contractions and pressure so hopefully it goes well tomorrow. The dr is checking me for Strep B early and then again in 3 weeks due to history of premature birth, daughter was born early too.
I had a much better experience at my appointment today than I did with a different OB last month. Today was a 180 from my last visit. This OB was personable, made eye contact, reassured me, and did not rush through the visit (even though I know she was running 45 minutes late). Good bedside manner makes all the difference! It would be lovely if she ends up on call for our delivery!

Went today, going to start a new anxiety med that doesn't cause withdrawals for baby. I finished weaning off my Zoloft Friday and it has not gone well. Hoping a low dose of something else works. Got My Tdap shot today. I hadn't eaten breakfast and got hot leaving and putting DS in the car. I thought I was going to pass out. Eating definitely helped. Started the 2 week appointments today. Having an ultrasound in 2 weeks to make sure my placenta is good and check growth. I can't believe I'll be 29 weeks Friday and he'll be here in10 weeks.
Had my glucose test today which definitely was not bad. Not compared to the rhogam shot. For some reason shots in my bum are the worst, and it doesn't help that the syringe can't be pushed as fast for the rhogam.

Everything's normal. I'm right on track with weight gain too which makes me feel good about my existing balance of exercise and indulges.
Next one is in about 3 weeks (32 week point) and then every two weeks from there on out. Woo!
