1) how far along are you? EDD? 21w6d Sept 25

2) any appointments this week? On Friday I have a regular appointment with my ob.

3) how are you feeling? Any raves, concerns, or gripes? I am feeling exhausted lately. Doesn't help my dh woke up with gout. So in typical form when he is sick he is super irritable and helpless. Sigh. I hope he recovers quickly.

GTKY: Are you planning to take a baby moon? If so where are you going? No baby moon. I am taking a week off in July for a stay cation. It will be nice to have the house to myself and just relax.

3) how are you feeling? Any raves, concerns, or gripes? Same old. I was at church and ran errands afterward this morning (more than I usually do!) and my feet are all tired and swollen. I'm sitting here with my feet up chugging my water now.

GTKY: Are you planning to take a baby moon? If so where are you going? As this is our 4th & 5th there will be no baby moon. We had wanted to take one last little road trip a couple hours out, but being in the car for more than 30 mins is really, really uncomfortable for me. So, nope.

Earlier this week I had the worse bloating and gas pains/pressure I have ever felt in my life. I was getting some pretty uncomfortable bloating and gas pains earlier in the second trimester, but this far worse than that. I was completely miserable from Tuesday evening through Wednesday late afternoon and didn't feel 100% normal again until sometime on Thursday. Lesson learned is that I think my uterus has squished my stomach down to a very, very small size, so I now have to eat only very small meals.

GTKY: Are you planning to take a baby moon? If so where are you going?
We had planned a baby moon to San Diego that we were supposed to do in mid-April. However, due to my complications, my OB wouldn't let me go. Now that I'm pretty stable, she's cautiously given me the ok to travel more locally (I live in Massachusetts), so we are planning to go to Maine for Memorial Day weekend and are hoping to be able to do the trip to Martha's Vineyard we planned for our anniversary over 4th of July weekend.

@Rhubarb7216 sorry your first attempt at a baby moon was cancelled. Hopefully the next one will work out better. Sorry you had so much pain also I am glad they figured out what caused it.

@daisy62103 sorry your feet are swelling and it is so uncomfortable in the car

Mainly i just have a lot of anxiety about the birth and my water breaking early (previous babies were 10 and 22 days early) and labor going fast and not making it to the hospital on time. I come up with a new worry everyday.

EDD? 9/27

2) any appointments this week? I had an appointment on Monday because I got a bad cold and wanted to see about med options...as well as I had been having some odd pressure in my uterus the previous week that I just wanted to get checked out.

3) how are you feeling? today...hungry.

Also I have a cold and can't take meds so that is kind lame.

GTKY: Are you planning to take a baby moon? If so where are you going? Yes, but trying to figure out what has been challenging. We live kinda in the middle of nowhere (closest movie theater is in Canada). So trying to plan where we could go that will get us closer to our delivery hospital (which is 2 + hours away from us) vrs further away on the off chance we go into early labor. However, also wanting it to be special and we go to the bigger town there sorta as a usual get away (or date activity or to do errands etc). My summers are extra harried and hard to get time off so its a bit challenging to plan. Maybe we will do a cabin in the woods (about a hour further from the hospital) or maybe we will just try to stay in something cute outside of the usual city (where the delivery hospital is) or maybe just try to go camping..or we might even just do our best to have a baby moon as we wait out the delivery date a little closer to the hospital (if that ends up being an option). I am also dreaming of maybe doing a long weekend in Canada. So we will see.

@BecauseLove Sorry about the bad cold! Hopefully you get over it quickly! In regard to swelling, no my fingers don't swell. Actually, no other part of me swells. Just around my ankles and my right is usually more obvious than my left. It only happens on days that I'm on my feet more or don't drink enough water.

@becauselove hope you are feeling better. My fingers do swell some. I had to buy a cheap replacement ring for my wedding band.
