How do you know if you're a contributing member?
1. Ask your heart.
2. Do these people know you? Will they be happy about your pregnancy?
3. Have you offered support to others or have you just blasted your own info out there?
4. Really, if you're a 1/1 or a 2/2 and it's not like you were around when you were benched or prior to TTC, maybe just move on. Even if you have participated daily for a month and offered tons of support. Sometimes the silence is kindest. Those of us who lurk BMBs, we'll see your intro and PM/comment/love tit.
5. Again, take a moment and step away from your excitement and ask your heart if posting would be potentially hurtful.

How many months/cycles had you been TTGP? 21.
What did your chart look like? Did temp, even though it is somewhat of a medicated cycle: see attached.
What were you doing TGKU? All the great romantic stuff, like H jerking into a cup, docs giving the boys a nice clean bath and a spin for kicks, then injecting it into me under romantic spotlight on my lady parts while the nurse is watching eagerly. :P So IUI.
How was your timing? Excellent, see above
What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)? It is hard to tell. Over the mast 20 cycle I've been fake pregnant so many times that I try to avoid reading too much into signs any more. I felt a bit of nausea, dizziness - but these just as well could have been side affects of the progesterone. When the spotting stopped and the cramping dulled down, I became a bit hopeful again, that's it.
Now I still feel nausea and dizzy/weeker sometimes, and hungry - bit it all might be psychosomatic.
How are you going to/did you tell your partner? Well. Tested super early in the morning (FMU...) and he was supposed to be asleep. When I went back to the bathroom to check the result, fully unprepared for the 2 lines. When I saw them, I let out an involuntary sqeek. Thus I think he suspected sg is up. There wasn't any big announcement. After this many months, we've been waiting and waiting together through the TWWs.. I just went back to bed, he was looking at me eyes so wide open, asking without saying a word. I looked at him, started laughing and told him he should go back to sleep, because daddys need their sleep.
Anything else to add? Sorry for the mini novella. I honestly don't know what I would have done without this board. And my girls at the IF/testing thread. I am so moved every day (even days I can't make the time to respond) by your courage, strength and eternal kindness and loving personality. The way you are there for each other, the way you held me up and kept me in one piece when my whole world was falling apart due to rocks and cliffs of this IF journey. I am tearing up while writing this because I so want you all to achieve what you've been fighting for so long
And I am scared. Scared that this thing that I've been aching for will somehow be taken away from me. That tomorrow (or next Friday at the docs appointment) it'll turn out to be a fluke, a mistake, and I'll be back to where I was before. I am happy, and trying to get over this, but had to tell you honestly: I am scared. Hope it will sink in with time, that this is in fact happening
