Hello, I'm new to this group, this is my 3rd baby. I was on micronor birth control and conceived. my LMP was April 18, I found out I was pregnant may 18, I had bloodwork done may 19th and my HCG was measuring 54, and I was slightly bleeding red on and off. Dr decided to send me for more bloodwork for Tuesday. Bleeding stopped Sunday may 21st, had my bloodwork done Tuesday and HCG was measuring 595. My numbers seem low, what are your guys numbers at 5 weeks ?
I tried to search the group for more answers, but couldn't find many posts on HCG, most say DPO but where I was on birth control I'm not sure when I ovulated.
Hi @amberrmariee20! We have had several posts about HCG levels since the group started. This particular one has a chart someone posted with normal HCG levels in pregnancy:

Thanks i found the chart, but the other links weren't helpful. One is about days past ovulation and HCG levels and I have no idea when I ovulated due to being on birth control. And the other is just saying her HCG is high on ultrasound.
I'm glad you found the chart helpful. The other links I posted were just to back up my initial statement saying this has been discussed several times already-those OPs were directed to some other helpful threads where we were also discussing HCG levels.
If you don't know when you ovulated, saying you're 5 weeks is really just a guess based on the assumption that you O'd on CD14. You may have ovulated later than that. The key with betas is that they're rising appropriately. You may want to put your numbers into this calculator: https://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/tools/beta_doubling_calculator.php Also if you have a question about your results, you can always ask your doctor for more information.

Yea the doctor said we wouldn't know more until I can get into see my pregnancy doctor which takes 2-3 weeks. He said based on my LMP I would be due Jan 23, makong me 5w2d today. The dr I seen was just a clinic dr and he sent my referral to a pregnancy dr. So hoping I get in earlier then expected !! Also that calculator is awesome I just entered my info and it told me my doubling time was 27.73 and regular is 31-72 hours so I guess my numbers are perfdct !! Thank youuuu !!
