Last night I went to bed at 10 and Henry was up at 11.

I heard him on the monitor, opened my shirt, unplugged the monitor and put it to my breast and kept sleeping!

I didnt understand why he was still fussing so I moved the monitor around trying to make him latch.

HOLY CRAP! I was SOOOOO tired! I laughed SO hard when I woke up and realized what I did.

One night about a month post partum, ollie was crying on the monitor and I sat there shushing the monitor and saying "shush shush it's ok, why are you crying, etc." to the monitor. My husband had to kinda wake me up and tell me that wasn't the baby. I'm sure he thought I was nuts.

I tried to nurse our cat the other morning. ?:) ?I heard ds on the monitor and turned to it opened up my tank and the cat was right there and I laid there wondering why he was still crying and not latching. ?Took me a second to realize I was offering my boob to the cat!

When I was a baby my mom tried to nurse my dad's foot. Apparently I was crying and she went to the end of the bed, grabbed his leg and started rocking with it while opening her shirt to nurse.

OMG! I'm cracking up!! Once at about 2 weeks PP My MIL was staying with us and had Deacon while we slept for a little while. I woke up and had the blankets bunched up and thought it was Deacon. I sat on the edge of the bed rocking "him" and trying to nurse "him"! DH was like WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!!!!!! It still cracks me up to this day! Sleep deprevation makes us do crazy things!
