Tonight is buffalo chicken (I just bake chicken breasts with buffalo sauce and maybe some provolone draped on top)
Tomorrow is leftovers
Wednesday is ground beef, rotini and cheese (I guess it's like a homemade beefaroni?)
Thursday is salmon
Friday is either steaks or quesadilla
I'm pretty boring this week. I did, however, make an ice cream cake for a potluck at work tomorrow. Super easy and super impressive - just put ice cream sandwiches down on a plate or something as big as you want to make it (I just used a casserole dish), cover with 1/2 a container of cool whip, sprinkle with toppings (I used oreo this time, but any type of candy/cookie will do), another layer of ice cream sandwiches, coat with the rest of the cool whip, add your toppings again and then top with chocolate syrup. Stick in the freezer and you're done. Even DD can basically make this and it's always a crowd pleaser.

@natleilynn Chicken Parm is one of my favorite dishes to make that everyone requests. I made it the other day and it was such a disappointment. Hope that was just a pregnancy thing. Also, the ice cream cakes are the best!
M: I have bunko tonight so someone else gets to cook for me
T: BBQ Chicken on the grill, squash (this is my favorite, we slice it up and put it in a tinfoil pouch with butter and cavendar's seasoning. Then sprinkle cheese on it when it's done) and baked potatoes
My DH and I are going to try the Paleo diet. We believe that he has some health issues coming up because of our ultra-poor food nutrition and need to make an emergency change. This is going to be my first time in a long time of having to meal plan.
This week: Monday: Ribeye Steak seasoned to taste, Broccoli, and Cauliflower Rice. Tuesday: Oven Roasted Chicken. Unknown sides at this time. Wednesday: Steamed Tilapia with Mash Cauliflower and Bacon bits Thursday: Oven baked Chicken Breast with Oven Roasted Chile and Garlic Broccoli Friday: Unknown - Likely Breakfast like Egg and Bacon Saturday: Unkown Sunday: Unknown
