I have weird on the lower left side of my back. Yesterday I thought it was because I slept funny but it really hurts sometimes. Like the worst thing would be for me to twist and then bend down -I'm hoping if I don't aggravate it - it will go away.
@2Dash I haven't experienced that myself, but an old coworker of mine had something similar. She left work crying one day because she was in so much pain. Her chiro made it feel a little better but basically told her she couldn't twist at all, like not even to buckle her seatbelt. She did some interesting maneuvering for it haha. I think eventually it went away. I hope whatever is causing it stops soon!
Well my pelvis officially hurts. I carry all of my kids SUPER low so it's not that surprising, but still annoying. Hopefully this one has a smaller head than DD2 because that pain towards the end was unbearable!
Pregnancy brain is real today... I almost put our composting bucket in the freezer this morning, and at work today I can't keep anyone's names straight. - even if I literally just read an email with their name in it. People at work are going to think I'm a moron....
@ArtificialRed I do have the crystal deoderant. It stings but doesn't make my underarms red, so may go back to it. I am sure part of the problem is because I always put it on right after shaving...but I have to shave in the morning so I'm not stubbly halfway through the day. Maybe conditioner will help.
My stomach is so hard. Like I have abs (hahaha it's been years) but it really really hurts. And I'm definitely having the belly button sensitivity too. I'm just so uncomfortable.
@ugoglencoco my stomach is really hard too. It's how I know that it's the baby causing the little bump and not just food haha! I get sore from time to time as well, feels like I did an ab workout but I've completely stopped any real ab workouts so.
@jess0211 I ended up not calling in because my discharge became thicker... I must have just been super hydrated. I also talked to a friend that is a nurse and she said it's completely normal, so that makes me feel better! Thanks for checking in! Sorry if that was TMI!!
I'm at the point that I can't sleep on my stomach any more. If I do, it hurts. It's annoying as can be as I'm a side sleeper but since getting pregnant, the only way I can sleep is on my stomach. I see a lot of restless nights ahead.
Not sure where to post this and I'm hoping I dont need an independant post. I went to the bathroom at work this morning and there was a tiny bit of pink when I wiped. I wiped again and there was a dime sized amount of red. I panicked my DH brought me to the ER. I've had a blood test and I'm waiting to see the Dr. I'm hoping everything is okay and hoping for an US to see my baby. Think good thoughts and prayers.
I've wiped twice since and no more blood. I would be so so happy if this turns out to be me overreacting the drs and nurses can all think I'm crazy I won't care.
This baby hates spicy food. It's taken me awhile to figure out a lot of my nausea is because almost everything I eat is spicy. I had jalapeños the other day and was instantly nauseous, same with my Mexican food yesterday, and now with crushed red peppers on my pizza.
:::sigh::: now I'll be living in a sad bland food world until November.
Update - everything is fine! And the Dr. was super nice. He did an ultarsound and baby was moving around and waving and had a good heartbeat ❤. He did a pelvic exam and said that cervix was.closed everything looked good and it was probably some mild irritation outside of the cervix. Relief is not a strong enough word! I'm still shaking and trying to calm myself.
@BayCamp when I told my grandma I was pregnant, she told me to avoid spicy food because it would bother the baby. I thought it was funny/cute advice but didn't take it too seriously--maybe there really is something to it! Hope your nausea passes soon and you can start adding spicy things back in.
@liz4382 with DS I ate all the spicy food. We seriously had so much Mexican food when I was pregnant (with extra habanero hot sauce) I swore his first word would be "hola" he actually still loves spicy food. This little guy better get with the program because we like food hot in this house lol
@BayCamp I've heard that what you eat after second tri is what your child will like to eat too. I'm trying to eat healthy because of that .. lol trying!
My symptoms lately have really let up! I will vomit in the morning still, if I don't eat within about 20 mins of waking. Also, I'm now breaking out like crazy! I hadn't been doing a great job with my skin care, so back to that, I guess!
@jess0211 if you're not super smell sensitive try going to a food court. I keep not being able to find anything that sounds appealing until I can actually see it in front of me
Re: Symptoms week of 5/15
Same as the past couple of weeks. Mostly insomnia and sciatic pain in my lower back. Also, want to cry at everything!
