Hey, ladies! Sorry for going MIA; I started a new business venture and had to figure out how to manage my time more effectively.
Anyway, let's do a free form check-in this week (thanks
@breezybee for picking up my slack last week!). And ... go!

Re: Healthy Habits Check-In: May 14 - 20
I just realized I haven't checked my progress on my New Year's Resolution in a while.
Goal: I am going to walk 730 miles in 2017, which averages out to 2 miles per day.
Checkpoint: Today is day 136, which means I should have walked at least 272 miles to be on track to reach my goal.
Actual: So far this year, I have walked 322.43 miles. That's 50.43 miles AHEAD of my goal!
Add-On Goal: My Fitbit is starting to show some wear and tear, so I'll be getting a new one as soon as I hit 500 miles this year. That's only 177.57 miles away!

So my fitness goals and abilities have definitely changed now - we found it yesterday we're having twins. My NP told me not to run or bike ride, but she said I could do anything else I've been doing. I'm going to continue the 21 Day Fix workouts, and probably sign up for beachbody on demand to access some of those prenatal workouts. I feel like I should take it easy on myself.
My goal this week is to walk a lot. I'd like my step count to be at least 7,000 steps per day. With my extreme exhaustion, I've only been getting about 5,000. Normally, I'm over 10,000. Being pregnant is so strange!
Good luck on your goals @pandawares!

@breezybee this exhaustion is killing my motivation too... Usually I walk a lot but I have barely been getting out lately!
I've been okay at getting a few strength workouts in here and there, but like I mentioned about I'd like to be walking more. It's hard though because DS is so active now I feel really guilty strapping him into the stroller so I can walk. I guess we just need to find a happy medium, or maybe I'm just using him as an excuse to be lazy! haha
DH and I did go on a nice long walk on Mother's day, and that was awesome!

@anewadventure @AMCsquared I love hiking too! It's the only form of exercise that I consistently enjoy. Wish I lived closer to some good trails. That is too bad that your DS doesn't want to stay in the pack for hikes anymore.
Usually my exercise is limited to a lot of walking around the city on the weekends. I'm slowly incorporating more walks on the weekdays by walking to work (about 45 minutes). I can only do that for a limited time till it starts getting really hot (today is a freakishly hot day too). My goal this spring/summer is to get out of the city for more hiking on the weekends.
I love walking around my city! It's a great way to get out and get moving without feeling too much "workout pressure." Keep it up!
