Random: If you follow the X-Men series/movies, I would suggest you skip "Logan" or be aware that it is really upsetting. My overly emotional self was disturbed by it.
Question: If you are a lady who is starving all the time, how do you quell this? I can't get past stuffing my face 24/7 and then feeling sick.
I prep lots of snacks though the day and make sure I get lots of water. I prep it Sunday so it's easy to grab and portioned. That's about two/3 days of snacks then making sure I get a good balanced breakfast helps a lot too.
