My bff's husband is the biggest TW every day, but this week he's being extra. To him she is just a little housewife put on this earth to tend to every one of his needs. He's ran out of clean work socks and instead of asking her to wash some, he scolded her for being out of the house too much and said if she stayed home every day she would know he needed socks washed!

My TW is actually from yesterday, but I'm still annoyed, so it counts. Yesterday, We found out we're having twins and I had to go to work right after. When I told my boss, without skipping a beat, she says "you know sometimes one twin can die and get re absorbed. Would you even be upset, because you were only supposed to have one anyway?"
What in the actual fuck is wrong with you, lady??? What. In. The. Actual. Fuck.
I seriously cannot wait to get past my 1st trimester and quit. Omfg I can't WAIT!

@ohmickey331 Their relationship is so beyond dysfunctional. I think she is starting to realize it. It's so frustrating and sad to watch her be treated so poorly all of the time.

@breezybee holy shit! First of all who thinks that's ok to say to someone? It's not like you're already freaking out running through all scenarios in your head and then to have someone just come out and say that, just no.

@ktcakes87 my best friend who's basically my sister is going through the same thing right now, but she's getting the heck out of there after having her head in the sand for over a year. Hopefully your friend can realize she worth more and deserves to be treated like a human not a robot housewife.

Haha @ohmickey331 I know!! It's almost funny because I'm really starting to think she's a sociopath or something. She says shit like this ALL THE TIME. No social cues, no grace or tact, just verbal diarrhea at all times. Mostly, it's pretty entertaining, but sometimes it's just ridiculous.

My US tech is my TW today. My vagina still hurts from the beating she gave me during my transvaginal ultrasound. So annoyed with my whole experience yesterday. Even my husband was surprised by how rough she was.

@vvitchhazel ugh, I'm sorry. The very first transvaginal ultrasound I had last year hurt SO BAD. So so bad. I cried all night long because I had to have another one the next day. None of the other ones I have had since hurt.

My TW is the guy who is supposed to be replacing our air conditioner. He was supposed to be here early this morning, but hasn't arrived yet. It takes the system like 24 hours once it's turned on to really work and cool down the house, and it's supposed to be 93 here tomorrow. I NEED air conditioning!!!

My coworker is a TW today. *TW* I missed some work yesterday because my grandmother (who I am so lucky to have an extremely close relationship with) was diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney cancer after going to the hospital with chest pain on Sunday. It was a hard day for my family because we were not expecting that news (she's only 70, and otherwise very healthy). I was telling a coworker why I was out for part of the day and she said "You're getting older now so losing a grandparent won't be hard. It's not like it's happening when you're a little kid or something." Stop. Just stop talking right now.

@ktcakes87 I’m sorry for your friend. That definitely sounds like an unhealthy relationship. I’m glad she has you to lean on, and hopefully she can take a big step for herself and get the help she needs.

@vvitchhazel Ugh, I had a tech like that once. When I was seeing my RE, she usually did the US (and there were MANY), but one day she was training a tech for another facility, so the tech got to do it. Ugh. I wanted to tell her there was only so much room, but she kept pushing and poking and I swore I was gonna walk crooked for a day or two after that.

@kaylawing WOW. Why do people think they are being helpful by being completely asses? Losing a grandparent is tough no matter how old you are, and it’s never easy. I’m sorry to hear your news.

My TW is work. I was hired as an HR Administrator a little over a year and a half ago to work with a colleague that had 14+ years of experience. I thought I would have time to learn things. Then she left. Now I am responsible for my job, as well as her job, as well as trying to train the highly unqualified replacement we hired, when she can't seem to remember things from one day to the next. I am swamped doing two jobs, I cannot continue to do the parts she has already been trained on!

My neighbors are the twatwaffles. The 2 houses next to us are owned by older gentlemen who clearly have nothing better to do with their time. They seriously seem to alternate which day they mow their lawn so that someone is mowing every stinking day. When do they decide to mow? Nap time. It's fine for my son because his white noise drowns it out well enough but I can't sleep with the noise of the lawnmower! I'm so tempted to go break them in the middle of the night so I can have 1 quiet nap.

@breezybee I'm at a loss for words. I can't believe she had the audacity to say that! What a frickin idiot! I'm having twins too and it would have been very hard not to show my true feelings. That's an asshole thing to say.

@kaylawing it is never "easy" to deal with a terminal (although praying its not) illness no matter how old the person is.

I don't really have any complaints, but felt the need to comment.

Thanks everyone. Everyone else I've talked to has been great and made me feel much better. This coworker is always kinda like that so I shouldn't be shocked.
