Happy Mother's Day!!!

This weekend is Mother's Day and many of us are STMs/TTMs+or FTMs. Regardless just wanted to start a post for us to share how we celebrated, will celebrate, share what our children made for us and what the plans for Sunday look like. Let the celebration begin ladies!!! It's our weekend :-)

    Happy Mothers Day ladies!!

    DS1 made me a cute hand drawn handkerchief and a cute poem to go along with it. My mom also got me a GC to get my hair cut( a couple times) and as for plans.....no idea. I'm always pretty underwhelmed my this holiday....but mostly because I'm pretty easy to please and DHs head is up his ass or in the clouds...so I don't expect much from him anymore.

    I received roses from DD last night. DH gifted me with Leatherman Raptor shears, he's such a romantic (insert hard eye roll).  They're for first responders, I have a "cushy" hospital job where I don't need to cut someone out of a car, break windows or wrench an oxygen tank. I have no use for them. At least yesterday I told him I wanted a Libre glass tea infuser and after picking one out he bought that. Now I'm wicked late getting to church, the driver yesterday didn't mention my car was out of gas but my sister is coming from NH to surprise mom at church so I should go.

    Happy Mother's Day to all! My sweet DH made me delicious breakfast in bed and surprised me with a pandora charm for my bracelet! DS made me a card in nursery the other day, and DH got him a card to sign for me as well. We've got church, lunch with my family, then dinner with his. Busy, busy day!

    Happy Mother's Day everyone!!

    DH made me waffles this morning. Hand made cards from the kids and massaging foot bath. That'll be a nice treat! I also got some gadgets  I needed in the kitchen.

    Happy Mother's Day everyone! I hope everyone had a great day! We had the twins 2nd birthday party today and then went to my brothers for dinner. Was a fun and busy day, but now I'm exhausted!

    I got a really sweet card from both my husband ( he also signed it from Henry and sister) and from my mom.  He also ordered a book that was on my Amazon wishlist but it isn't here yet so I don't know which one it is yet.

    My 4 year old came home from daycare with a sweet little beaded bracelet. He said "It's for you mom!" Made me tear up. It's my first mothers' day gift that was his idea (as opposed to a daycare teacher-made present). DH got me a hammock and they all put it together. That and a bouquet of dandelions rounded out my gifts. :) 
    We spent the morning with the in laws and the afternoon with my family. We left the house at 10:30 and got home at 7:30. I was wiped out and the kids were cranky. After we shoveled them in bed, I collapsed. I need a vacation from my weekend! 
    Hope everyone else felt loved :)

    We got our mums each a sterling silver keyring with the babies heartbeat laser engraved and a 'circus event ' ticket for unlimited cuddles with a photo strip of the US.  This is how we announced to our families. 
    Breakfast at my brothers place for all the mums then on to lunch at my inlaws. 

    There was lots of hugging which  is unusual 
    I answered a lot of curious questions from my niece who is 3 , turning 4 in June 

    a few people said happy mothers day to me which is weird because i don't feel very motherly

    They do pendents  and other things  . Fingerprints, sound waves so not just heartbeats can be voice recording or song, handwriting if you send a sample in or kids drawing . 
    Very good quality was really pleased with them and they didn't take long to be sent(like next day or something even tho are custom .
     
    I think I'll go back and get a pendent in the rose gold for myself
