@PizzaMonster3 I'm still somehow wearing thongs. I've had them forever and are super comfy because of it. I have a few bikini cut panties from my pregnancy with DD that don't seem to leave lines (confirmed by DH, very scientific). I got them from Motherhood Maternity ... also very comfy and cut a little lower in the front to make room for a growing belly.

Have you guys tried to panty liners for thongs? Those are what I use and they do a pretty good job with the extra discharge. I used them when I had to do progesterone suppositories, and that was pretty much a waterfall of glue, and didn't have any issues. Aerie makes really comfy undies that don't give me a muffin top.

We finally announced to our families this weekend that we are expecting. I sent my sister, whom is struggling with infertility, a private message the night before so she could process her emotions on her own terms without a crowd of people around. She responded with "I am meant just to be the greatest Aunt in the world". Broke my heart for her all over again. Come on cruel world! Let her get pregnant already!!!!!!

Hi ladies! Been super busy/MIA - @carries2018 - to answer the question from the weekend, geographic tongue is when your tongue gets fissures or rough patches that are irritated by salt or spice. Apparently it's a pregnancy symptom. And it hurts when it's inflamed!

I got the motherload of 3T boys clothes from a mom on a Facebook swap. There is some good stuff in there! Although some of the pajama pieces must've split up between bags and went to other buyers cuz I have some pj bottoms without tops - but whatever because the Top Gun fighter pilot jacket and snowpants were worth the $25 alone!

@PizzaMonster3 I was thinking about underwear today too. DH is like, "don't you need to get maternity underwear so you don't stretch your normal ones out?" My first reaction was

But then I thought he might have a good point... Do women get maternity underwear?? All I've been wearing are comfortable stretchy thongs really.. Also, I feel like my butt has gotten bigger too (TMI), blast you donuts! ::shakes fist in the air::

So much going on today, but here's my catch up: I love white cars. I rarely wear thongs, and the idea of thong pads freaks me out. I finally gave in and wore maternity jeans this weekend, but today I'm wearing non-maternity suit pants because I had to suit up for work, and my belly fat/skin/bloat is hanging over the pants, lol. So uncomfortable.

I had a shitty morning at work, but on the plus side, my meeting that I thought was going to take all day is over, so now I get to play on the bump and catch up with work this afternoon.

@ariz17 @migdala I wore the same underwear during and after my first pregnancy and didn't notice any issues. However, I would recommend buying some Grandma/full coverage undies in a size up for after the baby is born. Something you won't mind getting ruined that will be comfy, too.

@jessirh lol at the "full butts" me and DH have this long running joke about full butt underwear.. he hates them. He'll go, "not another pair of full butts!" I'm laughing out loud right now like a weirdo.

And ironically, I haven't really worn my full butts since I've been preg because they cut my stomach off in a weird spot.

@beezeemarie Thanks for the advice! I think my regular undies are fine for now, except for the lacy ones that don't stretch.

I ride that "full-butt underwear" train. I don't do thongs and "short" style underwear tend to give me wedgies. VS came out with these panties that have see-thru lace covering the butt. I call them the lace butt windows. I dig them pretty hard.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I've tried the thong liners before but didn't have much success. I'll have to try a different style.

So my go to favs are the VS wide lace band thongs. They're so stretchy and have been great... until hemerrhoids. Even my cotton softies are not cutting it anymore.

I'm a little bummed (badumtiss) that they haven't gone away but if so many women are happy with panties I'm sure I can find something that works for me!

My problem isn't so much the panty lines, its the actual indentation that makes it look like i have 4 butt-cheeks. I'm sure if I had more muscle tone it wouldn't be as noticeable, but its all squish down there. I only feel like I have a wedgie if I wear normal undies.

I have a ginormous butt. I've tried every type of underwear and only thongs work at not giving me panty lines. I'm with you @ChocolateIsLife it's not visible panty lines it's the indention lol. And if I go up a size they don't fit in the waist. I second the thongs with the stretchy lace waist band. Although I'm intrigued by the lace butt window type I may look into those.

@jessafishy +1 to having a bigger butt already. It's like my hips, thighs and butt are ready for a baby to come out! Thankfully my underwear from last pregnancy is still too big, also.

Also, +1 to having a quad butt when wearing regular underwear. I'd love to know who bikini cut is actually made for, because it's definitely not women with a normal sized butt! Thongs and boy shorts FTW.

@sdarling2010 I am fairly certain that most of my current weight gain is in my butt, thighs and boobs. Even my current band size is too small, not just cups.

Has she seen the movie Sing?? There's a part where (I think) some animals are performing that part of the song. DD only saw the preview with that line in it and started saying it a couple months ago too. It was hilarious! However if she said it to me now I might cry.

My coworker is out today and sent around an email that it was due to a family emergency. She has 2 dogs and no kids so I assumed something was wrong with one of the dogs. She emailed me about something else and told me it was her FIL and she had to take him to the hospital because of a heart event. I spent 10 minutes trying to think of a way to say "I'm so glad it wasn't one of your dogs" without sounding like a terrible person for not caring about her FIL. I gave up.... but I *am* relieved it wasn't one of the dogs, for the record.

@ChocolateIsLife They're panties with a semi-full butt in the sense that it covers most of your butt except the bottom of your butt cheeks. And on the butt part instead of being solid fabric, it's see-thru lace.
