Does anyone have any suggestions for indigestion and loose stool?  I was given some meds but it gave me borderline migraines daily. If I take tums, I'd have to eat several rolls a day, since I tried that and took 2 in an hour.  I was told that both are related to extra stomach acid. I already eat smaller meals, eat Arby's roast beef sandwiches, which used to be ok but are starting to make give me indigestion, and have cut out almost every other food since I get indigestion from almost everything.

  • Sorry no suggestions, I've been really lucky till now but it's just starting to creep in at 7 months. It's worst when I lie down so I've started eating a smaller dinner earlier and using an extra pillow.

@kp21 -pepcid and tums are what i took. I couldn't eat Chocolate or drink anything carbinated. The heart burn was miserable for me 3rd tri and the only thing that helped  was giving birth. It immediately went away and hasn't been back

@nellin-2 I hope it gets better soon. It's definitely no fun.

@kelrauh thanks. I'll try Pepcid. It's good to know that this will end. Just 4 more months!

  • At my pregnancy yoga class tonight the instructor suggested a couple of moves that might help heartburn. It's amazing how exercises/stretches can help some issues so maybe have a look on YouTube - it's worth a try! :)
