Testing: maybe next Monday before my RE appointment
R/R: After traveling for 5 days and getting back way to late (early Sunday morning) been feeling so tired even after a full nights sleep.
CS/Q: Attaching my chart here, but have had 2 days now in a row where temp is below coverline. Usually my L.P. is 11-12 days. Had my progesterone checked in January at 7dpo and it was 10.8. Has anyone else experienced that before? Not typical for me at all
GTKY: Stolen from WTO -if you had to listen to 1 song on repeat for a full day starting now what would it be? Might be an early UO but I enjoy country music and really like Sam Hunts new song body like a back road
Testing: Not until 5/19 unless I go BSC and start peeing on things before then.
R/R: I'm so happy to be here! I was nervous yesterday because my temp went down after my initial rise so I was afraid I may not have actually Oed. It appears to have been a fallback rise though because my temp is back to where it should be today.
CS/Q: I have dotted CH right now instead of the typical CH. Anyone know if those will change at some point?
GTKY: Stolen from WTO -if you had to listen to 1 song on repeat for a full day starting now what would it be? I've really been feeling the song Cold Little Heart by Michael Kiwanuka which is the theme song from the show Big Little Lies. It's about 10 minutes long and has a lot of instrumentals so I think I could handle 24hrs of it.
@sjb2215 Sorry that your temp is so confusing right now. Is there something else that can explain why your temp may have been so high on CD14? I notice it's a open circle so I'm wondering if that temp is off for some reason and you actually haven't Oed yet? Have you ever had a really long cycle? I agree that it seems pretty weird you LP would be this short if that's not the norm. Maybe it will go back up?
Last
day here. I’ll be traveling this weekend and back in WTO when I’m back on
Monday. Please do not follow me. I'll be lurking to keep track of all y'all and having all the things crossed!
Month/Cycle: 3/3
CD/DPO: 28/13
Timing: not good enough
Testing: no need
R/R: I started cramping yesterday and spotting
this morning… A whole day earlier than the last two cycles so that’s great… I
had a really low day yesterday but luckily I have a busy day getting ready for
our trip tomorrow so hopefully I’ll be too distracted with all that to not
think about going into cycle 4. I am wavering between taking a mental step back and
not tracking anything and going big this cycle (add in temping, add in some
supplements, get my diet under control, lose weight, focus on self care, etc).
At the very least, I need to get my diet under control, lose some weight and
focus on self care even if I decide to take a mental step back.
CS/Q:
GTKY: Avril Lavigne’s Complicated. I have such
good memories of that song from when it first came out. Before non-dial up
internet and itunes I had to listen to the radio all day to hear that song
until the CD came out.

R/R: Nothing.
Feeling pretty neutral today. Thinking
of heading back over to WTO now… But still
rooting for all of you!
CS/Q: My temps are all over the place. Up, down, then back up, then back down! So much so that FF removed my crosshairs! IDK how to normalize that for next cycle.
GTKY: Stolen from WTO -if you had to listen to 1 song on
repeat for a full day starting now what would it be? My favorite song is A House is Not a Home by
Luther Vandross. I could listen to it
allllll dayyyy. It gives me all the
feels!!
@sjb2215 - on a non medicated cycle I think the REs like anything above 10 but maybe try adding some raw sesame seeds and sunflower seeds (google seeds rotation for fertility, a friend told me after seeing her naturopath). They help with progesterone production and they taste awesome. I do a teaspoon of each in the AM and my 7-8dpo progesterone was over 50 but I was 28 last time and I'm on a medicated cycle. Also, I love country and I love that song!!!
@JJMNO1616 - Welcome to the TWW! Each temp doesn't matter on their own but a general shift is what you're looking for. A few more higher temps will tell you more but if CM has dried up, you are probably in the clear.
@justkeepswimming8 - I'm sorry! I vote ramp up. I find it's the only way to have a little control. And I love temping and wish I had started a year ago. I advocate for temping because it's the only way to know for sure and it's painless! Have fun on your trip!
@RVAmom515 - I'm glad you're feeling a bit better today!
R/R: I'm feeling pretty good today. Although, my sister was supposed to get a gift for my mom and hasn't yet so I'm tempted to just go out and get it myself because we were overdue (it's actually her New Years gift, not even Mother's Day gift). BTW, I've gotten no work done for the past hour because I'm on here and my computer keeps going to sleep...oops Also, yesterday I was walking home and listening to a song called He Didn't Have to Be by Brad Paisley and I just started balling! (DH has a step-dad). I don't know why, I listen to it all the time but this time, I got all the feels!
CS/Q: none
GTKY: Stolen from WTO -if you had to listen to 1 song on repeat for a full day starting now what would it be? Ed Sheeran - Shape of You I have listened to it on repeat in the car and I love it sooooooo much. I think I'll listen to it now.

Timing: Good either way
Testing: It was going to be Sunday but who freaking knows now....
R/R: I have been sick for 3 days now and last night I only got 3 hours of sleep.
CS/Q: So here's my chart. Originally I was given CD 17 as O date but then FF changed it this morning. Yes, I have tested before because I am crazy. lol Any insight???

@garnetandgoldgrace I think it looks way more likely that O was on CD21 then CD17. Your temp didn't rise high enough to indicate O imo.
@tryingfor1st Thanks for the feedback! I was just a little thrown off because nornally once my temp spikes it stays pretty high for the first few days. I occasionally have a dip in the middle of my LP but not only 2DPO! Haven't had much CM though and I had pretty noteable O cramps starting on my suspected O day so I think I'm good.
@sjb2215, I think your one high temp that was outside of normal temping time is probably throwing off the coverline, as well as the higher temps at the beginning of your cycle. If you ignore those, it still looks ok.
@JJMNO1616, hi dpo buddy! Dotted crosshairs usually means that FF didn't have any secondary signs lining up to confirm (like OPKs and CM).
@justkeepswimming8, sorry girl! I say do whatever feels right to you next cycle.
@RVAmom315, glad you are feeling a little better today!
@ladybugsamom, if you want a second opinion on your chart, lots of ladies here are great at interpretation. The chartstalk thread is a great place to reach everyone.
Woohoo! I would say we should all make a pee stick packed and test on the same day but I don't want to test while my DH is out of town. . So I'm trying to hold off until 12DPO. Lets be for real though... I'll probably only make it until like 10DPO because that's when my spotting typically starts. If I don't have the spotting I don't think I'll be able to resist!
@JJMNO1616 (and @garnetandgoldgrace), TBH I'm not really into pee pacts. Plus I would need to know asap if I'm KTFU since I'm on progesterone and would need to renew my prescription. Insurance is stupid and only have me enough for the TWW (and the script wasn't written for use in pregnancy), so I hope I can find out before the weekend, since it took a few days to fill last time.
Me: 30 | DH: 31 Met: August 2006 Married: July 2012 TTC #1 since June 2016
@JJMNO1616 Thanks for the insight. That one high temp was a sleep deprived night as well as a couple beers the night before so that does help. Cycles are pretty consistently 25-26 days, but did have 1 2 months ago that was 30 days (go figure the one month I didn't temp and for my hopes up!)
@tryingfor1st Thanks for the recommendation, I do enjoy sunflower seeds. My ob was also fine with progesterone at 10, but thanks for further reference!
@garnetandgoldgrace Sorry I'm not much help with your chart. The fact that EWCM was only present at CD 17 is what has me unsure. Wish these charts were more black and white!
@icecubeinthedesert Thanks for the advice and after today I think that makes sense. Maybe TMI but had some random EWCM today that I added into FF and it changed ovulation back to CD 12 and lowered the CL by quite a bit. Still going to HIO just in case
@KariAnn323 Love that song. In college we had a bar that played all that kind of music and it was a favorite place!
@garnetandgoldgrace - I think FF is drunk and you have one of those triphasic charts. I think. Sorry you're feeling sick though @georgiagirl3050 - mabye the battery is messing up on your thermometer. I've had some exact same temps before but usually not more then twice in a row and I'll always retest after getting up for a bit @icecubeinthedesert - yes...NY gifts are a thing for Russian families, it's like Xmas but on Dec. 31. Google ded maroz (blue & skinny version of Santa) @KariAnn323 - I wish it were Friday instead... Or Monday, beta test day
@JJMNO1616 Glad that you're here! @justkeepswimming8 Have a great trip! So sorry for impending AF @ladybugsamom Hugs! @lund Nooooo! Have all the wine and chocolate and ice cream (or your preferred comfort food) @icecubeinthedesert I'm having the same reaction to the progesterone. I feel like I could take at least one nap everyday.
What Is a Triphasic BBT Chart? First, it would be helpful to define biphasic. Every basal body temp chart that indicates ovulation is biphasic. To break down the word, bi means two and phasic means related to a phase. On a BBT chart with ovulation, there are two distinct temperature phases—the one before ovulation and the one after ovulation. Ovulation is indicated on a BBT chart by a distinct and sustained upward shift in temperatures. If you look at the sample chart in the image above, it’s clear that the temps before Day 15 are generally lower than the temps after Day 15. For this sample chart, this is how we know that ovulation occurred on Day 15. Now, with a triphasic chart, there are three temperature shifts
R/R: went to see the Broadway play Matilda tonight. It was really good! There a bunch of kid actors and man were they talented! There was tons of fast and hard choreography and they nailed it! The singing was on point too. Def towards the top of my list!
CS/Q: I'm now having pains on my right side. Not severe by any means. But somethings not right. I emailed my dr today to ask that since we can TTC again in 2 weeks, can I get an ultrasound next week? Hopefully she'll say yes. Also, I had one small cramp earlier and then just now, it was light pink when I went to the bathroom so I'm fully expecting a temp drop tomorrow and to really start spotting. But hopefully AF holds off til Friday so my LP is the same (short) 9 days it's always been and not a day shorter this time.
GTKY: Stolen from WTO -if you had to listen to 1 song on repeat for a full day starting now what would it be? Ok no one boo me. I love the song from Miana called How Far I'll Go

@icecubeinthedesert I'm having the same reaction to the progesterone.

@sjb2215 I hope you get a good nights sleep tonight!
@JJMNO1616 so glad to see you over here!!
@justkeepswimming8 have fun on your trip!!
@RVAmom315 what type of song is your gtky? I'm always looking for songs to add to my running playlist.
@ladybugsamom FF removed your CH after 14 days??
@lund so sorry that you're back to WTO! I'll be over there soon
@tryingfor1st I love that brad Paisley song!
@garnetandgoldgrace the only thing I can gues is that now there's a really big shift.
@georgiagirl3050 the Mr. Big song brings back so many memories!
@icecubeinthedesert yeah--that's gotta be weird to see bubbles when you pee!
@KariAnn323 I need all the naps!
