Hi!  I had a few questions regarding letrozole and IUI. How many cycles of letrozole where ovulation occurred, did it take for pregnancy to happen?  Who had to have IUI with successful pregnancy?  How many IUI cycles did it take?

    I have done three cycles with letrozole and iui and no bfp...

    Hi @monicajshah, I think you won't get the answers you want to your questions since most everyone here is in the midst of IF treatment. There's a Pregnant After IF board that could probably help you.

    AFM I've done four medicated IUI cycles (clomid once, letrozole three times) and nary a BFP in sight.

    three cycles of letrozole.  2 IUI. Ovulated all three times. BFN all three times. 
    • Me: 36 DH: 33
    • TTC since June 2016
    • Me: PCOS DH: Morphology 1%
    • 3 TI with Famera and trigger shots-BFN
    • 3 IUI's with Famera and trigger shots- BFN
    • IVF August 2017 25 eggs retrieved, 19 mature, 13 fertilized (ICSI), 5 frozen, 3 PGS normal 
    • FET November 2017 Transferred one 6 day blast (a little GIRL) BFP EDD 8/4/18
