    I'm going to keep incorporating a ton of veggies and fruits into my diet (or, lack thereof). It's pretty easy right now, considering there's so much fresh, organic produce around. Yum!
    *What's a small win that you accomplished last week?
    I lost like 3 lbs without even trying. Not drinking wine is really all it takes, apparently. God I miss wine so much. 
    *What are you doing this week to reach your goals?
    Staying on track!
    *What are your favorite healthy snacks?
    Greek yogurt with berries!  I'm eating it everyday now and I love it!
    *GTKY: What adventurous activity is on your bucket list?
    Shark cage diving in South Africa. Omg I've wanted to do that since I was 14!  One day :)

  • @breezybee I feel you on the missing wine! It would've been nice to know my last glass would be my last for awhile  ;)


    *What healthy habits are you working on this week? 
    spin class 3 times and regular dog walks. I also need to be eating more fruits and vegetables but I'm finding it difficult because I have no appetite. 
    *What's a small win that you accomplished last week?  
    I'm also down a couple pounds and made it to the gym a few times, and the pups got walked. 
    *What are you doing this week to reach your goals?  
    I have my workout classes prebooked. Hopefully I don't cancel lol 
    *What are your favorite healthy snacks?
    baby carrots with guacamole, cottage cheese & green apples & yogurt parfaits are my go to snacks 
    *GTKY: What adventurous activity is on your bucket list? 
     um, I'm not adventurous at all. But I've always thought an African safari would be really cool to do.

  • @breezybee I wish vegetables sounded good to me! I think I have to start hunting down some fresh stuff, because usually we do frozen but they're just not appealing to me lately
    @MrsWifey89 I'm impressed you have enough energy for spin! Man, I would die, I'm so winded all the time!

    *What healthy habits are you working on this week? 
    *What's a small win that you accomplished last week?  Keeping up my strength training, getting outside more now that it's nice out! Got outside almost every day with DS and played softball last week so that's a win in my book!
    *What are you doing this week to reach your goals?
     Well I'm feeling better in general! So that makes it easier. I'm going to get my bloodwork done soon to hopefully tell me if I am anemic as it would explain SO many things! 
    *What are your favorite healthy snacks?
     ALL. THE. FRUIT. Also, oatmeal has been a go to. I also have a go to smoothie that i have almost daily with a tonne of fruit and greens.
    *GTKY: What adventurous activity is on your bucket list?
      I really want to climb this mountain near us that has a really significant meaning in DH's family. It's about a 17km hike with ~1km elevation gain, so it will be a trek!

  • @kvacmak I'm definitely not giving it my all, between being winded and trying to keep my heart rate at a good level. I go with a co-worker who I haven't told yet and she must think I'm just a slacker. But I still get credit right? 

    Props to you on keeping up with the strength training!

  • *What healthy habits are you working on this week?
    Continuing my lifts 5x/week & to keep those cravings away!
    *What's a small win that you accomplished last week?
    My trainer had planned me to do 3 days of cardio and I did 4! Felt awesome to do a bonus day. 
    *What are you doing this week to reach your goals?
    Trying to go to bed early so I wake up to my alarm (I work out at 5 am) and keeping healthy pre-made snacks/meals around the house so I don't give into chips and salsa.  ;)
    *What are your favorite healthy snacks?
    I have been craving salsa like crazy so I cut up celery, cucumbers, carrots and use those as my chips! 
    *GTKY: What adventurous activity is on your bucket list?
    I've always wanted to swim in Iceland's Blue Lagoon. Not too adventurous but def a bucket list item for me!

  • @breezybee Our fresh produce season isn't quite here yet. SO EXCITED for it. We go to a farmers market every Saturday morning late May-October to stock our fridge with all local fresh produce I love it!

  • Yeah @kvacmak!  That hike sounds like no joke. Good goal for after the baby comes?
    @lablover920 Using veggies instead of chips is a great call. I'll have to try that. I have been struggling this week with getting enough veggies.  I have so many friends that have been doing the Blue Lagoon lately. It looks so rad!

    Ugh I twisted my ankle somehow last week and it's getting progressively worse - like swollen and really sore. I'm keeping it elevated and icing it, but it's put a bit of a damper on my workouts. Lame!
