Although, a local officer is being laid to rest today, which is tough mentally since my husband will be working nights all weekend and I really won't see him. Just hits home and is obviously extremely upsetting. But the outpouring of love and the amount of people that will be in the area for his services just...wow. It's honestly absolutely incredible.

Nada! I've added a bit of wine into my rotation in an attempt to help me relax...you know... so it'll happen. So tonight will be vino and the office on Netflix!

R/R: Lots of work drama yesterday (all involving people other than me, fortunately) but then we had a great program at the library last night that attracted a big crowd, so that made up for it a bit.
CS/Q: Nope. We managed to HIO on Wednesday despite DH's crazy work schedule, so I figure that guarantees I won't O for a few more days yet...
GTKY: No big plans! Honestly, in my social circles, this year Cinco de Mayo is just the lull between Star Wars Day and Free Comic Book Day.

She's been here for 9 months, lives about 5 minutes away and hasn't seen it yet, so she was really excited to go. But, now it's raining, so I think we're going to have to figure something else out.
Rave: I should be getting some of my blood work back today! I was so surprised yesterday when they said they'd have it done so quickly.

R/R: It took me 55 minutes to get to work today thanks to an accident that closed down part of the freeway and rerouted all traffic after I had already been in traffic that had been at a crawl for about 20 minutes.

I'm upset that she is gone and disappointed that I didn't get to say good bye. But I just keep on thinking that she's with our babies now and how happy that would make her. *End TW*

R/R: DD rant. I've gotten nothing done this week. My house is a disaster and needs a good deep cleaning. I have a ton of stuff to do regarding trip planning. I've gained 3 pounds in a month, and on my 5' 2" frame 3 pounds means my pants and shirts are starting to not fit well. I HATE BEING SHORT.
CS/Q: So I'm only on day 8 but my fertility monitor has detected an estrogen rise and has my fertility level at "high" today. That seems a little early to me but I don't know what's normal for my body. Basically, I've got no idea what my body is doing right now. Although hey at least we know I'm making estrogen. So that's positive.
GTKY: Do you plan on partaking in any Cinco de Mayo festivities? Nope. I like Mexican food and drinks but I partake of those whenever I feel like it. Tonight is pizza night.
