Monday- Almond Meal Crusted Chicken Parmesan with Black Pepper and Basil Fettuccine Tuesday- Mixed Spice Rubbed Pork Chops on the grill with fresh salad from our garden and asparagus Wednesday-Homemade Chipotle bowls Quinoa, Black Beans, Charred Corn, Guacamole, Salsa and Cilantro Thursday- Beef and Bacon Burgers on the grill with Kimchi, Kale Sprouts and Asparagus Friday-Dinner Out for Cinco De Mayo! Give me all the tacos
Monday - homemade broccoli mac and cheese Tuesday - chicken sausage and peppers Wed - Hello Fresh Thu - Hello Fresh Fri - Out for Mexican now that im reminded of Cinco de Mayo! (Thanks @JustBored10)
DH was amazing and grilled a whole weeks worth of work lunches for me yesterday. I am so excited to not have to worry about cooking. He made pork chops, tuna steaks, smoked chicken, and salmon fillets for protein choices. For the veggies he did baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, smoked jalapeño poppers, and Brussels sprouts (smoked and Brussels sprout chips kind of like kale chips). The Brussels sprout chips are incredible!
