Breathing

I am 7 weeks pg (roughly) I am finding that I get out of breath and struggle to breathe. I get palpations and just don't feel like I can take a full breath. I'm a non smoker. Is this normal?

@anita-w I saw my OB last week for the same. It started at 8 weeks for me. She said it was normal and hormone related as long as you are not hyperventilating or light headed. It should subside soon but usually returns in the late 2nd and 3rd tri.

@anita-w shortness of breath is a common symptom.. I also experienced this around 7w. I'm not sure what causes it in the first because it is said most people see it in the second and third. Don't fret though, it went away for me! GL!
