hey ladies, not sure where this belongs.
but im having severe anxiety between doctor appointments. not sleeping always thinking something is wrong. I am 15 weeks and cant feel baby movement yet. What im asking is does anyone have a doppler recommendation so i can at leeast hear the heartbeat when i start to feel anxious?

But I understand your agony. I am PGAL as well and my mind wanders in all sorts of directions. Hang in there, momma. Fifteen weeks is a good place to be. It will probably be another couple of weeks until you can truly identify movement.

Also, when I'm feeling really anxious, I plan. All the plans. I can't control my baby's health right now, but dammit I can control a lot of other things. I've been feeling very anxious the last few days, so last night I planned out a months worth of meals and I'm about to make an epic Costco trip.
