Thank goodness for something to look forward to on Monday mornings! Hope y'all had a great weekend!

1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 7 weeks, blueberry!
2. How are you feeling? Pretty good overall. I'm slightly nauseous this morning but it's manageable. I have never been such a mix of conflicting anxiousness and excitement for our appointment this week (finally!)
3. Any appointments this week? Thursday will be my first visit with a new doctor/health system. Thankfully DH will be there for support.
4. Rants, raves, questions? I've been told that I'll have a doppler done at the appointment for heartbeat - this will just be sound, correct? Also I've read online that 7-8 weeks is too early to hear a heartbeat but I've seen many in our group with measurements... just looking for any personal experience you might have. I want to be prepared if they can't find the heartbeat but that is potentially still normal.
5. GTKY: What is your favorite season of the year? Why? Fall is absolutely my favorite, hands down. I live in S. Florida now and I miss fall so much that we typically take an October trip every year just so I can smell the leaves and enjoy all of the pumpkin things to their fullest. Oh! And Boots, sweaters, and all things cozy

@CandyApple2012 Good luck at your appointment this week! I thought 7-8 weeks was too early to hear the heart rate with a doppler. With my DS they tried to use the doppler at 10 weeks and could not find the heartbeat even then.

1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 7 weeks, blueberry
2. How are you feeling? Ok, on and off nausea basically all day especially if I don't eat and exhausted still
3. Any appointments this week? Nope, not until next week
4. Rants, raves, questions? I gained 45 pounds with DS and was going to try to do better this time. However, I feel like I need to eat constantly or I feel sick. Plus, PGAL brain has me too scared to work out. I don't even want to step on a scale. Hopefully, 2nd tri will be better.
5. GTKY: What is your favorite season of the year? Why? That's a tough one. I live in New England and really love the changing of the seasons. Usually by the end of any season I'm ready for the next one. If I had to choose it would be fall. I love hoodie weather and football!

@TigerCakes Thanks for the input... so basically it'll be another 4 weeks to schedule an ultrasound and I'll just be waiting until then to see if things are progressing normally? UGH! The wait is sooooo anxiety provoking

On a happier note, yes on fall and football! I miss my Thursday-Sunday routine!

1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 5weeks...still tiny
2. How are you feeling? not too bad, some nausea, some fatigue and bloat but hanging in there
3. Any appointments this week? Nope I have to hang on till next wednesday for my US
4. Rants, raves, questions? The twins birthday was this weekend. it was a wonderful whirlwind! I was great to see family and freinds but there is still so much cleaning up to do and we have not even opened all of their presents!
5. GTKY: What is your favorite season of the year? Why? Oh this is hard... I like them all for different reasons....

@CandyApple2012 Sorry I see an RE and am high risk so I get a lot of US.... and typically get to see/hear the heart beat at those appointments...
@TigerCakes I'm with you on trying to limit the weight gain but needing to eat to keep the nausea at bay...

@CandyApple2012 Well hopefully you can hear the heart beat! I just don't want you to feel discouraged or worried if you can't because it's still really early and totally normal not to hear it at this point.

I literally plan my life around Steelers games. For the first couple of weeks after football season ends I never know what to do with all of my free time!

@TigerCakes you might be my new favorite person! I also bleed black and gold! My coworkers hate me because I'm a bit of a fanatic! :-D

@wabash15 I'm also classified as high-risk because of a blood clot a few years ago, but so far it seems like I'll be waiting like most. I was a little bummed because I was kind of hopeful I'd get to see LO a bit extra for the added trouble/stress of relocating to a practice I'm unfamiliar with. Sigh.

@CandyApple2012 I knew I liked you! I'm a die hard fan too. Most of my family is though too so they know not to schedule events on game days at least!

@wabash15 Happy birthday to your twins! With my DS all I craved was fruit and I still gained that much weight. Now this one seems to have a thing for salty snacks which makes me even more worried.

Excited! But also nauseated and exhausted.
3. Any appointments this week?
Yes! US and blood draw on Wednesday. I'm so excited to see the little pip again but so terrified at the same time.
4. Rants, raves, questions?
How are you emotionally dealing with constant MS?
5. GTKY: What is your favorite season of the year? Why?
Definitely Fall. I love the weather and the leaves changing. Everything is cozy. Also I love all things spooky and Halloween.

@CandyApple2012 I'm not sure about doppler--I've always had transvaginal ultrasounds during the first tri.

@TigerCakes I'm also eating all the time. Was trying to keep weight gain under control, but alas, it's not in the cards. hopefully I'll keep it at around 35 lbs for the pregnancy.

1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 7 weeks, blueberry!
2. How are you feeling? Still tired all the time and I have low-level nausea pretty much all of the time (before and after eating-ugh!). Other than that I am feeling okay.
3. Any appointments this week? None until 5/5. I can't wait! Okay, I'm doing okay with patience. But PGAL brain is strong. Everyday I have to tell myself rational, sticky pregnancy affirmations.
4. Rants, raves, questions? Missed out on eating raw oysters on the beach this weekend. I really wanted one, but I gotta play it safe (see PGAL brain above). I was hoping there'd be a barbecue there, but it was a state beach with no fires allowed.
5. GTKY: What is your favorite season of the year? Why? I think summer since I do love the sun and the warm. I live on the coast, so it is never too hot. Also, since I work at a school I have the summers off.

Spring is a close second since I love to see all the flowers in bloom!

@CandyApple2012 My midwives don't start searching for a Doppler heartbeat until like 12w. It's odd to me that they would be doing that this early. I always get a dating scan due to losses and we get a measurable heartbeat from an internal scan. I'm 8 weeks and the tech had to go transvaginal to measure so if they can't find one yet I wouldn't worry too much!

@TigerCakesI'm in the same boat with the nausea and having to eat constantly or it gets awful. I've found out that any drink with bubbles or fruit in general has helped. I know everyone is different but thought I'd suggest it lol.

Had our second growth ultrasound today

WE SAW AND HEARD A HEARTBEAT! This pregnancy is now real to me. I'm so happy. This lo was a surprise but gosh I want to hug this little bean come December.
5. GTKY: What is your favorite season of the year? Why?
I'm a fall/winter gal. Honestly I love winter the most. As long as I have no where to be snow is the best thing in all the land. Just sitting inside with a fire roaring, hot chocolate, girly movie, man to snuggle and kids playing. Now all I want is summer to be over...

1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 6 weeks, sweet pea.
2. How are you feeling? Exhausted and some nausea, I think its from not eating enough. Same boat @tigercakes.
Also, all the tears! I have stopped looking at FB because every time I look I cry.
3. Any appointments this week? Not this week, but next Tuesday can't come soon enough!
4. Rants, raves, questions? As soon as DH found out I was KU, he's been a hot mess. and we are butting heads. I know some of it's me, but he stressed way too much. I was hoping for this time to be a little easier. Doesn't look like it. (I really need to stop complaining about him. I guess it's just been a rough week. He really is pretty awesome like 95% of the time.)

5. GTKY: What is your favorite season of the year? Why? Fall for sure! Bonfires, football, and hoodies!

4 weeks +. A poppy seed, I've been calling it my little seedling!

2. How are you feeling?
As of right now I'm great but for the majority of the day I've been anxious.
3. Any appointments this week?
I went in for another HCG test today and, thanks be to God, the levels came back and everything is right where it should be!
4. Rants, raves, questions?
I just want time to speed up a tad so I can go in for that first sono! I wonder if the anxiety is ever going to go away! I've always told myself I wasn't going to be a neurotic parent but I'm not sure if that's going to happen!!! Oy!
5. GTKY: What is your favorite season of the year? Why?
I would usually say Fall but Texas Falls haven't been to great the past few years so I'm going to go with Winter! I love the cold, I think I may have been a penguin in my past life, and of course Christmas sweetens the deal a bit!

@vhill74 I think we all feel that way! I didn't relax fully until we hit viability. I feel like these first few weeks drag on because I'm so antsy to be farther along and for everything to be OK.

1. 5 weeks today - size of an Apple seed
2.Feeling okay. TMI but I've been having diarrhea most days at least once a day but I'll take that over MS any time.
3. No appointments until May 18

4. Pregnancy nose sucks when changing dirty diapers. I've been trying so hard to watch what I eat and have a good diet but I've still jumped 2 lbs in a week.

5. I also enjoy fall, but unlike most of you ladies, I'm a bears fan. Since they suck I've been using the games for nap time though

@wabash15 and @vhill74 I'm feeling that antsy drag too. I do almost wish I would get MS so I can know things are going the way they should. I keep resisting the urge to pee on more sticks to ensure I'm still pregnant

@rachswi lol, I've been the exact same way. I found myself praying for MS today as a sign! And I was just about to order more HPTs on Amazon for peace of mind!

@wabash15 thank you for that! It gives me hope to know the anxiety will subside eventually!

How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 6+1 ... I missed posting yesterday. The wee beb is the size of a ladybug!
How are you feeling? So very anxious. I was feeling so better at the end of last week/over the weekend, and now my PGAL brain is back at full force.
Any appointments this week? Nope. I'm still more than a week away from my first appointment, and it's making me angry.
Rants, raves, questions? Did anyone else de-bloat around 6 weeks? Also, I woke up completely drenched from night sweats this morning ... clothes, hair, blanket, sheets. It was awful. And I was freezing cold the entire time.
GTKY: What is your favorite season of the year? Why? I love fall. The temperature is a breath of fresh air, my mind clears, and I look amazing in cardigans and jeans/leggings. I also knit/crochet, and I have a lot more to do then.
