1. 17 weeks 2. Good... picking up the pounds lol 3. Not until May 4. Anxious to feel the baby move. Sometimes I still don't feel pregnant... 5. Reading relaxes me. Now that the weather is warm I love to read outside.
1) How many weeks are you? 17 weeks! wow...that seems like a lot! 2) How are you feeling? Pretty good actually. I get to go to work tomorrow after being on bed rest for 2 weeks, so I am mentally feeling a lot better than I was this time next week. 3) Any appointments or tests this week? Hopefully nothing until May 17 4) Rants/Raves/Questions? @kncollins09 I want to feel the baby move too! I definitely look more pregnant now, and I want to feel him in there! That would make me feel less anxious.
5) GTKY: Favorite way to relax? I know it's a big fad right now, but I love me some grown up coloring books. I used to keep a coloring book in my dorm room when I was in college to calm me down when I was stressed. I am looking forward to LO and I coloring together when he gets older! haha
1) How many weeks are you? 14 weeks. Hello second trimester! 2) How are you feeling? I seem to be getting a tad bit better. I still get nauseauous around 8 each night as the Diclegis wears off, but otherwise feeling almost normal. And I'm starting to get a bump! 3) Any appointments or tests this week? Yes! Tuesday I go in for my monthly checkup 4) Rants/Raves/Questions? I can't wait to find out the sex!
5) GTKY: Favorite way to relax? I like relaxing by going for a hike in the woods (with the pups!) or by laying down and binge watching stupid tv. Either works!
1) How many weeks are you? 13 weeks 2) How are you feeling?Great, tired but really good. 3) Any appointments or tests this week? Nothing for four more weeks 4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Non-pregnancy related but 54 seniors came to my testing review today. Yesterday was prom so we weren't expecting that much. 5) GTKY: Favorite way to relax? Reading, I love to read. Nothing serious , scary and nonfiction is out. Urban fantasy, paranormal, romance, young adult suspense I just like to read. Some contemporary but not a lot.
2. Had been feeling better, than yesterday morning I puked up all the wonderful pancakes my husband made for breakfast.
3. Nothing for 2 more weeks.
4. Had a wonderful weekend with my family. First weekend in months we didn't have plans and just hung out, went shopping, started to get the nursery room cleaned out and in order, more shopping, and my sweet boys celebrating my birthday today.
5. Honestly, these days it's laying on the couch and watching a show on Hulu or Netflix. By the time our son is in bed, I'm exhausted and pass out of the couch shortly after. So on days I have to myself or during naptime, that's what I do. Right now it's '13 Reasons Why' I'm hooked on.
1) How many weeks are you? 16! 2) How are you feeling? really well, actually. the only complaint is having the headaches constantly 3) Any appointments or tests this week? Yes, this wednesday, just a check up. 4) Rants/Raves/Questions? nope 5) GTKY: Favorite way to relax? i love gardening. it relaxes me so much. in the winter i enjoy watching movies with the fam
Me: 30 DH: 32 BFP#1: 9/9/2014 DS born 4/7/15 BFP#2: 6/16/2016 MC/D&C: 7/29/2016 BFP#3: 10/14/2016 (fingers crossed for a sticky bean)
1) How many weeks are you? 13, second trimester I can see you from here... so close. 2) How are you feeling? Today I'm okay, but it's been a real roller coaster. I had to call my DD's school earlier this week and say she was going to be late because I was throwing up and so dizzy. I never know what's going to happen from day to day it seems like. 3) Any appointments or tests this week? Friday I have a thing, but I don't think anything major is going to go on at it. We will likely schedule our early gender us while I'm there though, so that's kinda fun. 4) Rants/Raves/Questions? This wasn't my rant, but seeing how I've forgotten my rant... Pregnacy brain!!! Oh my gosh can I please retain some information for more than like .0002 seconds? 5) GTKY: Favorite way to relax? I've been hiding in the bathtub rereading American Gods getting ready for the show to come out at the end of the month.
1) How many weeks are you? 14 weeks (woohoo 2nd tri!!) 2) How are you feeling? Good, tired! Definitely getting a belly so much earlier than DS! 3) Any appointments or tests this week? None this week. 4) Rants/Raves/Questions? 5) GTKY: Favorite way to relax? Nowadays, I would have to say watch tv (lame I know). I love being outside when the weather is nice but the fatigue makes me want to be lazy.
@jessirh Welcome to the second trimester preggo club! I had the same with nausea at the end of the first trimester, it will always come back at night but went away completely a bit after hitting week 15, hopefully yours goes away soon too!
@asickle98@GenTK Hang in there, ladies... One more week and you're officially on your second trimester, how exciting!
1) How many weeks are you? Sweet 16! 2) How are you feeling? Fabulously like myself again, no more nausea, no more vomiting. 3) Any appointments or tests this week? Yeah, my monthly checkup due last week was rescheduled for tomorrow. 4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Last night I felt the first strong quivering/vibration - it was amazing!!! DH was sitting next to me when it happened and he was so excited and happy as well, it was such a sweet and special moment for both of us.
@kncollins09@JessDG Aahhh can't wait to hear about when you gals feel your LO for the first time too! It's the best feeling ever... I can only imagine how it will get once we start feeling the real kicking! Happy times coming ahead of all of us, that's for sure.
5) GTKY: Favorite way to relax? Going for a long walk at the park enjoying nature with DH and dog.
2. Meh. If it isn't one thing, it's another. I feel like I've been this shell of a person for 13 weeks now, with maybe a handful of days where I've actually felt normal. I take full advantage of those days, but most I feel like I'm just forcing myself through
3. Routine visit tomorrow
4. None
5. I love to hang out on our deck on the nice, non-humid days while they last. There aren't enough of those days, so we definitely make the best of them
2. Feeling better. My energy seems to be coming back and my morning sickness is all but gone.
3. I had an ultrasound today. According to the doc, everything looks good!
4. I totally feel vindicated by my due date change. I've been telling my doctors for weeks I think I'm further along than they said and no one believed me. Not hard to tell when, between illness and a toddler, you only had sex once that month.
5. Strangely, knitting. I'll sit and knit for hours when I'm upset. I think it makes me feel accomplished.
1) How many weeks are you? 17 weeks 2) How are you feeling? Good. I get tired if I do too much and my face is still crappy (waiting to get that glow lol) 3) Any appointments or tests this week? I have an OB appt on Wed 4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Work has been so busy. I hope it slows down at some point bc I am getting worn out. On a side note, chocolate croissants are awesome! 5) GTKY: Favorite way to relax? Sitting on my deck or sitting by a window and looking outside. If I am by the beach I love listening to the waves crash.
