Hello lovely ladies, I'm currently 7 weeks along in my second pregnancy. My first one sadly ended in a stillbirth in the 23rd week. I can't help but be very cautious, anxious about it...and while I know that the first trimester is nerve-wracking for any pregnant lady, I think it is so much worse when something bad happened before. My obgyn is great and I'll be doing ultrasounds every two weeks just to put my mind at ease, but even in-between those appointments I start worrying a lot.
Do you have any advise or tips on how to stay sane and how not to worry too much? Did any of you get one of those mini dopplers to check on the baby's heartbeat every now and then? I'm not sure if it would be great help for me or if it could end up in an 'addiction' going crazy about listening to it like every day.
Very much looking forward to your input! Thank you in advance!

@HopeSIN I'm very sorry for your loss and wish you all the best for your current pregnancy, but I would kindly direct you to the Pregnant After Loss threads for this question.
Oh sorry, sure - I thought I was in the right thread!
