1st Appointment after second tri loss- questions to ask

i got my DRs office to get me in tomorrow for my appointment after my loss last Thursday - I'm trying to write out questions to ask-

So far I have:

• ask for a detailed explanation regarding what caused my cervix to fail and what kind of infection I had ....(I know they may or may not be able to answer why my cervix failed but I'm going to ask anyway)

• ask how long I should expect to bleed

• ask when I should expect my first period

• ask when we can start to have sex again and when we can start ttc again (in case those are different times)

•ask if I should have an HSG to determine if the infection caused scar tissue in my Fallopian tubes

• ask if we are able to get pregnant again what the plan would be to prevent a loss like this happening again

are there any other questions I should be asking that I'm just not thinking of?

This is a good place to start. I might also ask if they have any support groups or therapists to recommend. Or how they will support your mood in a subsequent pregnancy (if thats important to you).
