Banner Thunderbird vs Arrowhead Hospital

I didn't see an open thread on this, so I apologize if it's a duplicate. My hospital options are Banner Thunderbird and Arrowhead hospital. I'm leaning towards Banner Thunderbird because of the higher level NICU, and proximity, but does anyone have recent experience with either?

Definitely Banner Thunderbird, much more advanced.

Banner Thunderbird. I might be a little biased since I work at Tbird and have friends that work in the NICU. But, I definitely feel safer delivering at Tbird versus Arrowhead.

My ob delivers at thunderbird and estrella. She says without a doubt thunderbird is her top pick in the valley. She even had both her boys there.

I went to Arrowhead and loved it. But I'm a little biased, my sister in law had a bad experience at Thunderbird and my mother in law is an ICU nurse with over 30 years experience and works at Arrowhead Hospital.

My choices were West Valley and Banner Estrella, I'm partial to Banner and had my son at Estrella and loved it.

Banner Thunderbird, hands down! The entire staff of nurses are amazing! I was there for over 2 weeks and was blown away by how kind, attentive, patient, and personable everyone was, from the nurses to the neonatologist! (Water broke 6 weeks early, leading to bed rest & a premie)
