Appointment updates? Saw my ob yesterday - baby is still head down and doing well! After lots of concerns about growth, she even joked that he may end up being a big baby (DD was 8 lb 4 oz at 39+2, so hoping not any bigger!)
Any new symptoms or changes? Definitely hitting the point of less solid sleep / back pain. I'm grateful that I've been in a pretty good place until recently, but starting to get uncomfortable.
Rants/Raves/Questions? As usual, I'm having a reaction to the Tdap shot - got it yesterday, and not feeling great today. I typically spike a fever (happened as a kid and when I got it during my first pregnancy), so somewhat prepared for that to happen later today.

Any new symptoms or changes? not really, some night time leg cramps but pretty mild
Rants/Raves/Questions? Im feeling prepared and I still feel really good. I got a support belt and yesterday was able to do running intervals so Im feeling really good about that.

Just had my 32 week appt and US today. Placenta is creeping up away from the cervix and baby boy is measuring ~ 4lbs 6oz (55th %ile)...so crazy how much growth has gone on lately.

Speaking of growth, my abdomen has officially "exploded" this past week!

Appointment updates? I have my 34 week on Tuesday then I start going every week ahhhhhh. I'll have an ultrasound to see placement in a week and a half though so that's exciting!
Any new symptoms or changes? nausea is back and I'm out of breath all the time- can't wait for this baby to drop a little!
Rants/Raves/Questions? I packed my hopital bag this week because i'll be induced no later than 6 weeks from now, and we're moving in 2 weeks, so I wanted to make sure I knew exactly where everything was. Also, packing sucks.

I had an ultrasound today where we discovered my tumor filled uterus might actually be able to handle a vaginal delivery! It's been looking like a c-section since my anatomy scan because I have monster fibroids that were all in the way of everything. Baby has managed to go head down despite one fibroid on top of her and the fibroid beneath her that was blocking my cervix is also moved enough that she could get past it. Anything could change over the next several weeks but I'm really happy it's looking like I at least get to try a vaginal delivery, likely by induction to maintain some level of control for our safety.
Any new symptoms or changes?
With a baby now head down, holy pelvic pain! Also, I'm. So. Hungry.

Already covered most of it! I'm excited there's only three more weeks until our baby shower and then we can get all final prep done. It's so close!
