Sunday- We had gluten free pasta with sun dried tomato pesto and a side of Parmesan asparagus
Monday- Flank steak tacos with charred corn salsa
Tuesday- Bone in Pork chops with mint relish and cauliflower
Wednesday- Buddha veggie bowls
Thursday- Skinny Orange Sesame chicken
Friday- Left overs!

Tuesday - Sloppy Joes
Wednesday - chicken and mash potatoes and green beans
Thursday - roast beef sandwiches
Friday - chicken quesadillas
Monday: Enchiladas Verde.
Wednesday:Ham, potato, and pea frittata. Melon.
Thursday: Sweet and sour pork. Broccoli. Brown rice
Friday: At the in-laws.
Tuesday: Tacos!
Wednesday: Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Thursday: Cheesy chicken broccoli rice
Friday: rehearsal dinner in Louisiana. So all bets are off
Tuesday- Crockpot Chicken Taco Tuesday with Mexican Rice
Wednesday- Tilapia on a bed of spinach and brown rice with a Pineapple/Mango/Coconut/Tequilla Sauce
Thursday- Spaghetti with Garlic Bread and a salad
Friday- Tuna? Not sure yet - still up in the air if I am going to do the whole no meat thing this year for Good Friday.
