    MS seems to have started to subside so I'm hoping to get back to the gym this week 3x

    How did you do with last week's goals?
    Terrible. I haven't been to the gym since last Monday because the MS & exhaustion has been so bad. I had my first appointment yesterday and the dr gave me kind of a hard time about not pushing through and continuing to workout. Ugh. 

    What are you eating this week?
    I'm hoping my food aversions get better. I've been skipping dinner a lot or having something very carby. I'm hoping to up my fruits & veggies soon. 

    GTKY: What is your pre/post-workout snack?
    I love having a toasted english muffin with almond butter and a banana either before or after my morning workouts. Lately it's been one of my go to breakfasts even with the MS.

  • Goals for this week? continue my 6 day, min 30 min workout with 2 days of my prentatal workout video. Try to eat healthier lunches. 


    How did you do with last week's goals?
    I missed one day because of ob appt. I couldn't get to gym at lunch. I am having a hard time coming up with healthy meals, paticularly to take and eat at my desk. 


    What are you eating this week?
    ugh finding healthy meals is a struggle.  I need help with this, paticularly coming up with lunches that are easy to eat at my desk.


    GTKY: What is your pre/post-workout snack?

    Lately, apples and peanut butter.

  • Goals are to continue going to the gym 3 times a week. Continue doing an extra workout on wednesdays. This week I skipped cardio on Wednesday and never made it up. 

    Eating is is pretty much the same as before, trying to keep it as healthy as possible. Trying to get in as much water as possible. 

    I love the oikos triple zero Greek yogurt before a workout. Afterwards, I mix the chocolate quest protein powder with the unsweetened chocolate almond milk. It's like brownie batter! :) 

  • Goals for this week? Keep trying for 3x run of 2miles and 3x yoga


    How did you do with last week's goals? Made it and the runs are great all in mid afternoon but yoga at night has been so rough had to stop class early thinking the wrong time of day for my nausea :/ gonna try morning class or video


    What are you eating this week? Followed meal plan going well!


    GTKY: What is your pre/post-workout snack? After a spinach salad with apple and Olive oil/balsamic with half a bagel & cream cheese!!!

  • Goals for this week?
    To start adding back in light body weight workouts on the days I don't make it to the gym

    How did you do with last week's goals?
    I missed a workout because I was just flat out exhausted from cleaning my house all day. But other that that I did ok. 2 spin classes and a yoga class plus daily walks with DS. 

    What are you eating this week?
    Honeycrisp apples were on sale, so lots of apples and peanut butter. Healthy food has started sounding good again so that makes me happy. 

    GTKY: What is your pre/post-workout snack?
    Usually fruit or nuts, kind of depends on what time I workout 
  • Goals for this week? Workout 5x/week


    How did you do with last week's goals? Did great.  Managed to workout 5 days and even though today was a "rest day" I spent the day shoveling dirt  and moving rock...probably won't be able to move tomorrow.  Eating wise I need to clean it up a bit. Def indulged in a couple cheats


    What are you eating this week? That's on the agenda to figure out tomorrow.  Need to come up with some healthy snacks to have on hand so I don't go for junk


    GTKY: What is your pre/post-workout snack? Protein shake usually...or these protein bites that I make
