@TravelingCouple Sorry you had a rough go with the announcement - it's such a crummy situation, when you want to be happy for them but are sad for yourself. Glad you were able to turn it around and have a good day with your other friend
Month/Cycle: 11/11 CD/DPO: I don't remember. Timing: -2 and O, or O and +2 Testing: Not unless AF doesn't show up. Can't handle the BFN's. R/R: *TW(I'm not sure about these, but just to be safe) SS alert. I can't tell if it's my imagination or not. Seriously getting frustrated. On a positive note, while shopping with DH today, walked by the baby section and mentioned my wishful thinking. He was so sweet about the whole thing, I just wanted to kiss him right there and then. CS/Q: I'm horrible at routines (temping, charting, the whole lot). Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, do you have any ways to get around it? GTKY: I was obsessed with Cats when I was younger. I really want to see Wicked. I loved Disney movies growing up for the songs.
@morado23 Did you see Sara Bareilles has taken the lead
role? Jessie Mueller is fab, but that would be awesome to see!
@gusgus14 I think the bad weather has gone south of us, but
they cancelled schools where my parents live today for possible tornado
warnings.
@christmascookieI have never seen Aida, but know the music
by heart!
@RamzLau OMG we were obsessed with Grease when we were
little. I’ve watched it as an adult and
had to laugh at how naïve we were about some of the songs and parts my sister
and I would act out.We had no idea what
any of that stuff was (we were like early elementary school age).I’m sure my parents thought it was hilarious.
Month/Cycle: 6
CD/DPO: 20/7
Timing: -1,O
Testing: Want to wait for AF, but maybe next Monday at the
earliest.
R/R: I think I have reached the point of not SS
anymore. Going off BC at first I noticed
EVERYTHING.I think it was a combination
of being more aware and mainly just the difference in my body of being off BC.The first month or two I pretty much googled
everything (realized pretty quickly that was a bad idea) and was not expecting
the BFN.I guess that avoids the
letdowns each month, but also make this process a little less exciting
now.I’m not sure if that is a rant or a
rave.
CS/Q: Nope
QTKY: So I really LOVE musicals! Wicked (of course), Mama Mia, Lion Kiln, Phantom
and anything Disney. We used to listen
to a lot of soundtracks in the car when we were little and each had our own “parts.”Too bad I am tone deaf (my poor mother.I didn’t know it at the time), but my sisters
can actually sing.I have only seen a
couple in NYC and the rest when the touring group come to my city. The most recent show I watch was the touring
group of Once.It was a little different
that many shows that are out there, but it was really cool how talented and
diverse everyone was.I really want to
see Kinky Boots when it comes to our theatre next year. Oh, and of course Hamilton
if it would ever come here.
I've started spotting, so all signs point back to WTO tomorrow. I just want to reiterate that I'm grateful for this space and its women! It would have been much more difficult to wade through this tease-y cycle without being able to process "out loud" in all my neurotic detail.
@orbmaker I'm really sorry but glad you have an answer. It feels like you're my identical twin this cycle. Let's hope for a better cycle next month! I 100% agree with the feelings. I'm so glad I can come here and think out loud and process and complain and listen and celebrate and hope and all of the other millions of emotions involved in all this stuff.
@becca07024411 Aida was the one musical I actually got to see on Broadway in New York. SO GOOD!
@SesshomaruMom My thermometer is right next to my phone/alarm. When I turn the alarm off, I reach for the thermometer. When it beeps, I use my phone as a flashlight to read the temp. I take my phone off to to the bathroom with me and enter my temp as I pee. LOL TMI but maybe that routine will help?
R/R: uuummm. I'm feeling anxious going to bed every night because I'm nervous about waking up and seeing a temperature drop. Anything you recommend to combat this ladies? It's a problem. I'm exhausted.
CS/Q: no?
GTKY: I love RENT! I also lurve Wicked, like the rest of the world, Phantom of the Opera, Les Mis, Chicago, and Legally Blonde. I saw some of these on broadway in London and it was amazing. I haven't seems Hamilton
Hey just checking to say I am moving to WTO , AF decided today was a good day to show up , you know since I am sick at home already I guess, anyways good luck to everyone here hopefully you don't join WTO
@aalauren You can always not temp after confirming O if you find it stressful... maybe restart a day or two before you expect AF if you want the potential temp drop as a heads up
@Sailing_Mama Thanks for the suggestion. My cycle last month was 27 days and I've been 31-32 days for so many cycles that I felt like I should temp and use an OPK to get a better handle on what this cycle would do. Might have to try not temping after I O next cycle though! I think you're right that it might help!

Timing: good I think! Better than last cycle.
Testing: the 14th I think- recommended by Ovia.
