I've seen a couple people posting about their weird dreams on other threads, so I thought we'd make it a separate thread. Entertain us with your subconscious mind!

I think one of the weirdest dreams I've had so far, was that I had my baby super prematurely. I was in my garage when I felt a gush of water, and then out came the baby. It was perfectly formed, but just super tiny. I knew it was supposed to need help from the hospital, so I started to pack a bag to go, but I kept setting the baby down and losing it. Meanwhile, my sister was graduating from college that day. I decided to stop by her graduation on my way to the hospital (because my baby was breathing fine and apparently I wasn't worried about it?), but her graduation ended up being more of a party/concert, with bands singing and people crowd surfing. I just shook my head and kept saying, "My graduation was so much better than this one."

Last night I dreamed that me and SO were driving through the drive through of McDonald's for breakfast. (We literally never go to McDonald's unless it's for breakfast.)

My SO decided in my dream that it was close enough to lunch and he ordered a chicken nugget meal.

I turned to him and said "You are not my boyfriend. This is a dream. My boyfriend would never order that."

And he spent the entire ride home trying to convince me that he is my "real" boyfriend and that I was indeed awake.

Sooo I keep dreaming that I'm pregnant with my ex-boyfriends baby (we were together for 7 years but broke up in 2011... nothing terribly bad he just wasn't "the one" and I broke up with him. It was really hard, but the best thing for the both of us. We're both in happier relationships now than the one we were in together.) But I keep having dreams that this is his baby and I always wake up terrified.. like omg what have I done... then I see my DH next to me and I hug him tight and feel so grateful that this LO is his. Dreams are weird.

Last night I had a dream that I was reliving my punk rock days of my early 20's. I was at this old venue I used to go to all the time. I was dressed just like I used to but I'm no longer in my early 20's ( more like early 30's) so I kept trying to leave because I knew I didnt belong and was too old to be there but I kept getting lost backstage and getting into all these shenanigans while saying all these cliche lines about being too old for this shit.

I keep having this nightmare that I am being chased by someone or that someone is hunting me down. I am not always myself in my dream. Sometimes it's like I am dreaming in 3rd person where I'm watching it happen to me, but it all feels the same - terrifying! I've had the same dream scenario, but different locations 4 times in the past 2 weeks. It's really starting to freak me out. It makes me wonder what it all means!

A few months ago I dreamed that there was a penguin in my house. I called animal control and they laughed at me. I trapped it in my master bathroom and called my husband - who laughed it off as well. When he got home, he was yelling, "Why is there a penguin in the bathroom?" And I was like - "I told you! You wouldn't listen" and he shot it. What.The.Hell? Why are our dreams so crazy? LOL

@eeyorefan215 I have had dreams about people hunting me down for a while (pre-pregnancy). It's super disturbing and I don't know how to get it to stop.

Last night, I had a dream that my pugs were in a pool with alligators and I had to save them. But the dogs were being dumb, so they just kept jumping back in the pool every time I got them out. Very weird.

I have weird, vivid dreams almost every night right now, a lot of them have random things from my past, except I'm pregnant. A lot of them have the recurring element that I have just had my baby, and he's the size he's supposed to be, but he talks and reasons like a much older kid, or an adult, and doesn't want or need my help for anything. Like, he's two or three days old, but can talk and walk and feed himself, and isn't attatched to me at all as his mother, and we're always in some bizarre situation. They're very disconcerting.

@mrs_tacos OMG.. I just had that dream last night. I had two babies, one was a doll and one was just a miniature full functioning human, so weird.

@HollyGolightly09 I've had the doll dream too! I was nursing, and mid-feeding session, I realized the baby was a doll, but everyone else kept acting like it was a real baby.

I dreamed that I was in high school and I was dancing around in class and my high school crush threw money at me so my DH punched him in the face. Wtf

I dreamt about my recently deceased grandma. I looked at her and was thinking, "You're not suppose to be here." No one could see her but me, and eventually we are at a computer in her office, and everyone there could see the mouse (curser) move on the screen but couldn't see her. Only i could. Very very weird.

So, I'm on a stress day today which is slightly relevant to the dream, and last night I had a dream that I went into labour and had the baby (at 14 and a half weeks!!) and I had two regular healthy newborn baby boys in terms of size and development (I'm not ku with twins irl....), so I just went with it and was like, 'well, at least I'm already off tomorrow and left plans for the supply teacher, so I won't have to worry about that on my first day with my little guys'. Shortly after birth, one of them vanished, like, not dead or missing, just gone and I was weirdly fine with is, which i feel so guilty about now irl...But then I kept forgetting to feed the one left because he never cried - HA (but he was still outputting wet diapers....). the funniest part for me though was that I was like, 'oh no! I don't have ANY cloth diapers yet' so I used disposables, but they kept leaking (which is ridiculous...I've only ever used disposables on any baby I've diapered, so it's not like I don't know that they do work lol) so a bump friend from another bmb who already had her baby came by with 3 covers and a few prefolds that I used instead and it was like magic..no more leaking lol.

Last night I dreamt that there was a really bad storm and the waves on the Hudson River were so high that they were splashing onto the windows in my office on the 24th floor. Then the building started to tilt like it was going to topple over and then everything suddenly stopped and someone came over the loud speaker announcing that it was just a test and to carry on with work. So bizarre.

A couple weeks ago I dreamt that I gave birth to a daughter except the doctor said it was too soon for her to be here so he put her back in

Had a dream that DH was sending nudie pics to a girl he went to high school with, my subconscious must really appreciate him because in the picture his penis was so big it went to his knees! Lol! I had some really weird dreams when we were TTC and just barely pregnant too, when we were TTC I dreamed my parents house flooded and all of my negative pregnancy and ovulation tests were floating around.. and when I was about four weeks I had a dream that I was part of the Duggar family for a day and they thought I was trying to kidnap one of the sons and Jim Bob chased me down and he's a scary motherf*cker okay!

I had a very sexy dream 2 nights ago about DH.. but in it he enjoyed things that I'm not so sure he would love IRL haha so I left some details out. But man. It was torture waking up and him being gone!

I took a nap this evening, and had a stress dream about a paper being due. It was very vivid, and I was actually composing the paper in my sleep. When I woke up, it took me a few minutes to realize I don't actually have anything overdue, or anything urgent at all happening this week. I haven't even been in school in eight years!

2 nights ago I dreamt that I got a phone call from australian immigration telling me that my visa had been cancelled and I was going to be deported. When I told them that I was married to an Australian, have a full time job, own a house and have a baby on the way the woman on the phone was very confused about why I was being deported but couldn't make any suggestions to help me to fight it. When I woke up and told DH he thought it was hilarious!

For a LONG time I was having dreams about being late for a class, not knowing where it was, and being too anxious to enter a classroom late so I skipped the whole class for the whole school year. This may have come from real life experience.. I have anxiety in social situations sometimes, I had a miners safety class and I went to the wrong college building and then couldn't find my class. I finally found the classroom, 15 minutes late, and almost had a panic attack in the hallway. I was about to just go home. Stress dreams are the worst!!! Hope you have happier dreams

Last night I dreamed that DH and I were about to get married... I was putting on my dress, and my mom came in and told me I had to marry my high school boyfriend instead. When I protested, she said "You have to. Everyone knows you're pregnant with his baby, you can't marry another man." I tried telling her it wasn't his baby, but she just rolled her eyes and said "We all know he was your first."

I used to have dreams like this! I grew up with a kid who had DH's name, and in high school he had a really creepy crush one me. He'd lurk around corners, grin at me weirdly across rooms, and laugh at things I said that weren't jokes. Plus, once when we were like 15, we were in a church van, and he was leaning over the seat behind me talking to me, and he was in my personal space. He had giant pimples, and when he scratched his face, and one of them popped, and the white gunky stuff from his zit squirted on my face and t-shirt. It might be the nastiest thing that has ever happened to me. Anyway, I used to have these dreams- even after I was already married- that I'd get to the alter, and the wrong guy was standing there. I'd try to tell my mom that it was the wrong guy, and she'd say, "But his name is ___, it's the right guy!" And I'd run out crying, and he'd follow me and say things like, "Don't be upset, in a few minutes they'll never be able to separate us again!" I would always wake up in a cold sweat after that, and have to double check that DH was the right guy.

Not sure it's a weird dream but last night I had a dream that we went out for Mexican food and I drank a big old margarita with my cheesy burrito!!!! It was so yummy in my dream and in the dream I slept all night without getting up.

I have this recurring dream where I'm in my last year of undergrad and I have a geometry class on Tuesdays and Thursdays but I never remember to go and it's going to cause me to not graduate. Every time I wake up panicked that maybe I never really graduated because of this stupid class. It takes me a while to realize I did graduate. In 2006. If geometry had screwed me I would know it by now. Also, I never studied geometry in undergrad.

Also, @mrs_tacos, that zit story made me throw up in my mouth a little. Ewe.
