TMI Warning- Diarrhea

Ugh!  My stomach issues returned with vengeance at 3am.  Sorry for TMI, but it's just constant watery diarrhea...no fever...the chills seem to be gone.  I get hot flashes and then cold, but that's been typical.  Of course I have googled, and I read that hormones usually cause constipation, but can sometimes cause diarrhea.  Ugh...so I don't know if it's hormones or a bug.  On Friday the nurse said it sounds like a bug, but yesterday I felt mostly better.  If I end up having to take off work tomorrow then I will go to the dr.  Has anyone else had diarrhea/ watery stools?  My other anxiety is that my boobs don't hurt anymore!  So of course I think the worst!  Any advice is greatly appreciated...this is my first pregnancy, and everything worries me :(

I have the same problem during my pregnancies, particularly during 1st tri. I still get it even now in 3rd tri. Constipation is definitely more common, but it can go the other way too. Stay hydrated!

@ladylolly89 -thank you so much for the response.  I am happy to hear that I'm not the only one.  It has me even more anxious than normal, and I'm not sure if I should go to the dr., but I don't know what they would do.  I am pushing the fluids.  Was yours on and off throughout 1st tri?

Yes, it wasn't constant, but definitely happened quite often! That is actually one of the reasons that I suspected that I was pregnant in the first place.
I wouldn't bother with going to the doctor unless you are getting dehydrated or think that you are actually sick. You might try a probiotic if it persists (but check with your OB first).

This pregnancy I went 3 weeks with bad constipation early on and then had awful diarrhea for 3 days. It's pregnancy. A lot of unusual things are just normal when you are pregnant.

Yes, I had constipation before too.  Ugh...thank you!  Glad it can be "normal."
