Atticus had his one month checkup today. Up to 7lb11oz and 21 inches! (Still almost a full pound under where T was when he was born). I was reassured that though his poops are gross, I should give this formula more time since he's gaining weight. We're going to try to stop Zantac after his two month appointment. She also said she's not worried at all about his birthmark on his face, and doesn't think I need to take him to a specialist. She is pretty sure it's a hemangioma, and is hopeful it'll fade in a couple years. Atti was a perfect little patient. Next up will be my six week PP visit. Ready for it.

Sloane has a weight check on Thursday. I can't wait to see how much my peanut girl has gained! She seems to be eating great & we have lots of wet & dirty diapers so I am feeling reasonably confident we are doing A-OK. Will update after.
My doc has my due date as 3/29 so I have my 40 week appointment on Wednesday. We did a membrane sweep last week when I was dilated to 1 cm and about 50% effaced. Curious to see what he suggests this week.
Someone at work told me that I looked so lean and svelt today. I know they were just blowing smoke up my butt but they are my new favorite person ever.
@thisisallyson That person deserves a donut I loved when people told me I looked "great, just a little basketball up front ". They were definitely blowing smoke but it made me feel amazing!
My mighty preemie was born 7 weeks early and was 4lbs 11oz 19in. Today was his 2 month visit and he is 10lbs 8oz 22in. His "preemie" age is supposed to be about 3 weeks but my buggy is meeting all the normal 2 month old milestones. I am such a proud Mommy today!
My son's one month checkup was today and he's up to 10 pounds 5 ounces (from 8 pounds at birth; he'd lost almost 10% of his body weight at our first post-hospital checkup and is EBF so I've been anxious about whether he's been getting enough.) And he's in the middle percentiles for everything! I'm quite fine with him being nice and average here.

Had DD two week checkup. She had jaundice and had gone down a pound at the hospital. But she's been eating like a champ at home after spending her last day at the hospital on the Billie blanket. She's up to 8lbs 1oz now and her birth weight was only 7lbs 3oz, I'm one happy mama!
Update from DD's weight check today. She is back to birth weight 5-14 and up 8oz in a week. We are all happy with that progress. I can call and do another weight check visit if we want before her 4wk visit. It's up to us.
Appts for both me and baby this week. Turns out I have mastitis so doc put me on a week of antibiotics. My nipples are still so sore but I think it's also due to a poor latch. Of course when we met with the lactation consultant she latched great I had her check for a tongue tie and we didn't see one which is good. I'm hoping as she grows that her latch will get better.
Question - best home remedies for painful nipples, obviously besides correcting the latch?
Alexis had her two week check up on Wednesday. She wasn't quite back up to her birth weight so the pediatrician is having me wake her every 2 hours during the day to feed. My poor nipples Otherwise she is doing great which I'm very thankful for.
Midwife appt today with an ultrasound and a NST. Everything looks awesome. Baby is happy & healthy, in a good position and plenty of fluid.
If I don't go into labor first, they'll admit me Monday evening to start an induction. I would rather not be induced, so this weekend will be a whirlwind of walking, sex, RRL tea, nipple stimulation, and bouncing on the yoga ball. Come out baby!!
I had 2 week pp appt to check incision. All looks good there,
Molly had another weight check. She only gained 4 oz in a week. So still not up to birth weight. We have to go back next week. she is starting to throw up after eating. Pretty sure it's because we were forcing her to eat when she wasn't hungry. Let's hope next week (3 weeks) she will be back up or very close to birth weight.
