***Please notice ***
This thread is for those who have started TTC but are now TTA or Benched.
If you have BOTB, please consider participating on that board and/or creating a separate BOTB-check-in.
While we value all members of the community and enjoy helping others learn before they're TTGP, recent discussions have shown that the influx of BOTB-members posting on this thread have driven out the members for whom the thread is actually intended.
Please respect that development.

***General TW that this thread can and will mention MC and loss.***
This is a place for those of us who have already started TTC, but have hit a roadblock and are delaying for whatever reason. You can express your thoughts, feelings, and frustrations on not TTC and connect with others who are in the same boat. TTC can be a long journey, and having to wait makes it feel even longer -- even if it is for a good reason. I invite you to resurrect this thread at any point in the week if you have something to say. Treat this like an ongoing conversation.
Benched = involuntarily not NTNP/TTC and "out of the game," usually due to medical reasons
TTA = avoiding pregnancy by using protection or FAM, usually for non-health-related reasons __________________________________________________________________
Are you benched or TTA?
What brings you here?
How long do you think you'll be here?
How have things been going?
Any R/R/CS/Q?

GTKY: If you could only eat one thing for breakfast for the rest of your life, what would it be? Donuts! Such a variety and I love them!
@purplg8r SOOO so so glad to hear that your levels are finally so close to zero! What a relief. Now the stupid methotrexate countdown begins...
Are you benched or TTA?
Currently TTA. I would like to wait until we do some testing (appointment 4/21) before we jump back in the saddle. But the TTC part of me is having a really hard time trying to not pay attention to my body. It's so difficult to actively NOT TTC since it's been the primary focus since August.

@flowerpower5838 - I have the Sworkit app on my phone and I love it! It's free (but they do have paid workouts) and it gets me motivated to do short exercises in the time limit that I have available.
GTKY: If you could only eat one thing for breakfast for the rest of your life, what would it be? Waffles. So many waffles!

GTKY: If you could only eat one thing for breakfast for the rest of your life, what would it be? Right now I've been doing smoothie bowls, but honestly nothing panics me more than the thought of having to eat the same thing for breakfast everyday for the rest of my life. I get obsessed with breakfast foods and then never want to eat them again. In case you're curious, this is my smoothie recipe (I don't measure so... whoops):
-mostly frozen strawberries, maybe like 1.5 cups? IDK
-like 5 frozen sweet cherries
-1/3 of a frozen banana
-enough Califia coconut almond milk to ensure the blender works, but not so much it's thin
-homemade vanilla extract
-a couple spoonfuls of plain greek yogurt
-sometimes I add some almond butter
I top it with raspberries, slice strawberries, chia seeds, almond slices and hemp seeds.
