Tonight we are meeting friends for dinner and laser tag. Celebrating my friend's boyfriends birthday. This weekend is pretty open. I want us to do some yard work tomorrow. The weeds are coming in. We need to bring out the spring patio stuff as well. I'm excited everything is blooming!

Our building finished pressure washing our balcony this week, so we'll be moving everything bck out there and probably get some planting done. I got a big water/sand play table through Freecycle at the beginning of winter for DS, and it's finally warm enough for him to use it for the first time!
@pandawares I second @vlagrl29 on the water table. DS got one for his first birthday last year and he loved it!
DH is coaching our nephew's t-ball team, and there's a game tomorrow morning so DS and I will be watching that then we have a birthday dinner for DH's aunt tomorrow night.
The rest of the time we will be outside doing yard work and I have a sewing project I want to finish.

We have an insane weekend and I'm over it already. Tonight we have the wake for our friend's mom and tomorrow the funeral. Then DHs extended family is in town so we are having dinner with them. A friends bday party Sunday and my daughter has a piano recital Sunday afternoon. Monday my new quarter starts up and Mondays are my crazy days. At some point I have to meet with our new nanny because she is picking up my daughter starting on monday!

Seriously, every f&*#ing time I see her. Didn't tell her about the last pg because I knew she would blame me for the mc for being "too old" and saying "I told you so."

@sp128 I'm sure there has to be a support group to deal with Asian mothers, their inability to be proud of their kids, inability to think their children know anything and their incredibly way too high standards and pure dissatisfaction with us as adults. If not, I'm starting one!
I'm currently tackling Mount Washmore AKA the (mostly) clean pile of laundry in front of our balcony door (furthest spot in our apartment ... hence the cleanest floor space lol). I picked up some planter boxes, potting soil, and seeds at Dollar Tree today, so we'll be decorating/planting/playing on the balcony while it's sunny tomorrow!
DD1 had a birthday party on Saturday so DD2 and I ran some errands. I had a special olympics swim meet on Sunday, that ate up pretty much the whole day.
