2. How was this past week? Did you have any appointments or tests? This week was good, still feeling really good. No appointments or tests.
3. Have you told many people your news yet? We told family last Saturday! Started telling a few friends here and there.
4. GTKY - occupation I have like 5 jobs! I am a WAHM, with my 3 year old every day and my 4 year old when he isn't in preschool (he goes 3 days/week). My husband and I own a Social Security Disability Advocacy Firm so I try to do what I can for that when time allows. I also work for a dental company doing some HR work and personal assisting for the owner and his wife.
2. How was this past week? I have had major nausea for this entire pregnancy so far. I can eat but it has been unpleasant. It is actually starting to get a bit better and I have hope that it will disappear in the next few weeks.
Did you have any appointments or tests? Nothing for another few weeks.
3. Have you told many people your news yet? The people at work know. I work at a doctors office and had one of the nurses confirm my at home pregnancy test. We are such a small office that I told the Doctor because taking time off for appointments is difficult due to our small size.

2. How was this past week? Did you have any appointments or tests? i am getting blood drawn on monday for my MaterniT21 Plus test. next week won't be fun waiting for those results...
3. Have you told many people your news yet? for some reason i am more open telling people for round 2. probably 20 people know right now. more will know as soon as test results come back. still undecided on if we are going to do social media this time.

2. How was this past week? Did you have any appointments or tests? No appointments or tests this week but feeling generally blah. Tired and nauseous but starting to sleep a bit better than I have been.
3. Have you told many people your news yet? Not yet, other than our healthcare team. I kind of like the idea of having a secret that is just mine and my husband's. We probably won't tell people for another four weeks or so.
4. GTKY - occupation: I work in our local ombudsman office on the executive admin team.

2. How was this past week? Did you have any appointments or tests? I'm ready to get some sleep this weekend! Next appointment isn't till April 10th.

I've been enjoying keeping the news a "secret" for a while, although my sister, a close friend, and my "nesties" have known since I first found out. I told my principal today and we'll tell our families this weekend. Not quite ready to broadcast it on social media.
4. GTKY - occupation: I'm an early childhood teacher, teaching 1st grade this year.
2. How was this past week? Did you have any appointments or tests? We had the first ultrasound last Monday and got to see the heartbeat
3. Have you told many people your news yet? We've told both families and some of my friends. I haven't been doing social media lately so I don't think I'll ever announce it there. This is baby number eight, so I only told people that I knew would be supportive.
4. GTKY - occupation - I'm a stay at home mom to seven, four of whom are homeschooling.
2. How was this past week? Did you have any appointments or tests? Can't complain, feeling pretty good. I had my NT scan this week.
3. Have you told many people your news yet? Not many, family and a few close friends who have known since I became pregnant. I think I am going to start letting other friends know in the next few days. I told my boss last week but will need to tell others at work.
4. GTKY - occupation - I work in clinical research.
Congrats on #8!!! I'd love a large family, but DH doesn't have the same feelings. He has a 12 and 15 year old who we have half the time. This is my 1st. I'm really, really, really hoping I can convince him to try for one more after baby is born!
I'm an only child and was adamant I only wanted two children....we can see how that planned worked, lol! I love my big family but never thought I would have one so don't lose hope!

I had my first Dr appointment since my confirmation of pregnancy. It was nice to hear the heartbeat.
I have my first ultrasound on Monday. I love and hate this one; I'm so excited to see the baby, but so nervous because of the NT Scan. I felt the same way with my first.

I was doing really well with only telling our families, my best friends, and my boss, but the last couple of weeks I've become so tired of trying to fool people so I've just kind of given up.

I'm a high school teacher. I had parent teacher interviews last week and I had a bunch of parents asking what I'll be teaching next year, I had such a hard time coming up with believable lies that eventually one mom just came straight out and asked if I wouldn't be there next year because I'm pregnant. I'm the worst liar.

This past week and baby is measuring ahead.

4. GTKY - occupation high school social studies teacher
Exciting that you'll find out the sex! We can't wait to find out either. It'll be a relief to get these tests done and over with so that we can finally start to tell our families.
it sounds similar to panorama and harmony. i had harmony done last time because i had a false positive for the AFP test. i was 33 at the time so normally i wouldn't have had harmony done. this time there was no doubt i was going to get the test done! i cant wait to find out the sex!!!
@KSweet i am over 10 weeks so that is why i got it done today. here's hoping us golden girls have healthy babies for sure

Had my Harmony test drawn today, hopefully the results are back by my appointment next Thursday.

Not too many. Parents and a couple of close friends. We will be more open after the next Dr appointment when i actually hear the heart beat, not just see a faint flicker on the ultrasound.

3. We are trying to tell everyone in person. At 42, it's great seeing all the shocked reactions and then getting apology texts later for their reaction.
4. I'm an Executive Assistant for 2 SVPs at American Heart Association. We fought for the pulse ox test to be a mandatory test for newborns to help detect heart irregularities. Nite I'm glad we did!
