@vvitchhazel I hope the 4 seconds of gratification you got by bragging to a bunch of strangers on the internet was worth the sadness and frustration you've caused to the ladies who have been on this board for many months, or for some, years--people going broke spending money at specialists, having invasive procedures, suffering silently at other people's baby showers month after month--oh wait, that's right, you already knew that
And you decided your 4 seconds of gratification was worth more.
ANYWAY... I also got faked out thinking someone else got their BFP. Womp Womp. Thanks, guys! You guys are so amazing. Thank you everyone for putting my mind at ease about the cramping. I'm still worried, but I'm sure that will never go away lol.

@soemthingclever Congratulations! And no, the irony of this whole situation and our conversation about this thread a few days ago is not lost on me.
As for the other, I would say shame, shame we know your name. Except that we don't. And therein lies the problem. You posted three times and in those three, the only interaction you had was to ask someone a question about something to benefit yourself. Honestly, what in the world made you think, "Yeah, they would totally appreciate a grad post from me"?
@soemthingclever - YAY! Congratulations! I hope you have a fantastic 9 months!

Like I said, I was hesitant, but unsure. Clearly I made a huge mistake. I won't argue that. And I genuinely apologize for coming off as insensitive and it truly wasn't out of malice. I knew I only posted a couple of times, but I've lurked for awhile, before we officially decided to start trying. I'm not an idiot, I get that my lurking doesn't mean I have a relationship with anyone here, but I guess I got a bit overexcited and, in a way, wanted to feel more connected than I allowed myself to be. And in doing so, hurt a lot of you. I really wasn't trying to rub anyone's face in it. And I'm definitely not making excuses. I should've thought it through a little more than I did. I'm a major jerk and I deserve the flame. I didn't want to dirty delete, so I left my initial blurb of foolishness and deleted the details, so as to not hurt anyone else's feelings.
@soemthingclever While I'm genuinely sorry to everyone who flamed me (I'm totally serious, not sarcasm), I'm going to give you a direct apology. This thread really is meant for people like you and I'm sorry my misstep cast shadow on that. Congratulations on your BFP.
ETA: I'd also like to add that I get no gratification knowing what I've done. I'm not an uncaring person. I see what I've done and I really feel horrible. Shame on me. And good luck to all you wonderful women.
That was a sincere and (in my opinion) a very kind apology @vvitchhazel. To me it's nothing against you personally. I don't resent you for getting a BFP and I'm glad you recognize that posting here was wrong. Thank you for your reply and good luck with your pregnancy.

@vvitchhazel That was a very nice apology. It is not easy to own up not to just our triumphs but even to our occasional mistakes. Hats off to you, that apology showed strength. I have a very rough TTC week (in cycle20 now) but your reaction has warmed my heart. Have a smooth journey from now on.
