R/R: It's Monday and my boss is going to be out of the office the second half of the week which means I will have to try really hard to not slack. Also, had a nice weekend with DH. We went to see Beauty and the Beast on Saturday (LOVED IT!!!!) and then went to dinner and then a local bar afterwards that has retro arcade style video games. Yesterday was mostly just hanging out and getting things done around the house.
Today, I'm just waiting for a call from the REs office to discuss MRI results from Friday.

I think I'm going with Niagara Falls (the Canadian side). When DH and I were living in Michigan, we went there for a day and stayed overnight. The Falls were gorgeous, but the city itself was WAY too touristy for our liking. If anyone knows/has been to the Wisconsin Dells, that's what it reminded me of.

I feel like I'm going to offend people by answering this, haha so I will preface this by saying it's not that I didn't like these places, I just don't have a desire to visit again - Austin and Oklahoma City.
@hartmich I hope she does her job so that I don't have to! You could add San Antonio to my list of places that I don't need to go back to. The city was ok but there's nothing left for us to see if we were to go back. Haven't been to Austin or Oklahoma City.

R/R It's Monday. I'm starting on a better eating and exercise kick today - I should've started many months ago - and I feel it could be contributing to my trouble TTC. I have two more cycles before getting referred to an RE so I figure any weight I can get off is good. I'm just afraid they'll tell me to lose weight and then come back in X months

@LaurenEG14 sounds like there are pro and cons to your office move. GL. DH and I used to work down the street from each other and would drive in together everyday. It was awesome! Take advantage of that!
@RVAmom315 I'm starting on a healthier eating/exercising regime today also. I'd like to lose at least 5 pounds by April 12. We are heading down south to visit my sister for Easter and I would like to fit into some of my warm weather clothes. Good luck to you!

R/R: Rant: So after a temp drop on cd 12 and then a sharp rise on cd 13/14, it was looking like O day was going to be cd 12. Then yesterday (cd15) I had another drop and finally got my smiley face opk. Today, I had a temp rise again so it looks like O day will actually be cd 15. Just need two more elevated temps to confirm. Bodies are so confusing!
Rave: We tried this new restaurant yesterday called Core Life Eatery. It's a quick service place, sort of along the lines of a Saladworks. They have salads, grain bowls and broth bowls. It was incredible! I had a Thai Chicken and Rice noodle bowl that was amazing and under 500 calories. Best part is, it's 5 minutes from work so totally doable for lunch break! I can't wait to go again!
CS/Q: Not yet, but this chart has been a roller coaster...
GTKY: What city, state, or country do you never want to visit again? Why? I actually hate to say this because this place was a mainstay for family vacations when I was a kid, but Wildwood, NJ. I was there two summers ago and it has just gone so far downhill. It's not as family friendly or as clean as it used to be. It makes me so sad, but there are just so many other nicer, cleaner beaches, both in NJ and outside.

R/R: Both DH and I had the worst night sleep last night... the only one who slept soundly was our dog, so we were laying awake listening to him dream hahaha

GTKY: What city, state, or country do you never want to visit again? Why? Winnipeg! The people there were so unfriendly... when we moved, DH and I drove across the country and broke down in Winnipeg and no one would help us. We had to camp in a city park because we couldn't get to a hotel that would accept pets, and then had to change the bearings in our trailer tire ourselves, in a Canadian Tire parking lot, for THREE hours while people walked past and stared, but never once checked if we were okay. Even the employees who lent us the tools (by policy, not kindness) would come out to help someone carry something, take a car in for service, etc. and wouldn't even talk to us.

@Sailing_Mama, your GTKY reminded me of a small town in Kansas we stopped at on our move out here. They were either just assholes or crazy racist towards DH (he's half asian, can look to some like he's Hispanic), and the diner we are at gave him all his food cold (steak and pie) my sister and I got our pie warmed up, but he definitely did not.

R/R: well, I had a bit of a weepy weekend. I think the hormones are contributing to it, but was feeling really down about my relationship with DH. I just couldn't take any more bossing around and yelling. So I snapped. Multiple times. Finally had a good heart to heart, and he understands I need more sympathy and kindness right now, and I realized that I was being a total jerk to him as well. We both feel in a much better place now.
CS/Q: no charting this cycle
GTKY: probably Dublin, Ireland. I loved the Irish countryside, but Dublin just seemed like a dirty drunken town. And I witnessed lots of people doing drugs in the streets. And really didn't seem like there was much to do except the Guinness tour. That was really cool, but don't think I need to do it again.

GTKY: What city, state, or country do you never want to visit again? Why? Honestly, France wasn't my thing. I was in Paris for a few days with a half day in Versailles, but I could pass. I tried to speak the little French I knew to get by because I get people hating tourists who don't even make an effort, and I had a translator with me the rest of the time, but everyone just seemed inconvenienced by our existence. Sorry to anyone who loves it

R/R: *TW** had my follow up today. Officially done with blood tests. Dr said the "cyst" wasn't a cyst like I was thinking. It was still the ectopic and fluid from it. She said it creates a mass and fluid that shows up on the ultrasound. I have to wait until April 24th to start PNVs again and then May 24th to TTC. I can play softball again. I forgot to ask about when we can have sex again if I ever stop bleeding so I emailed her. She agreed to bump my ultrasound up to next Wednesday and then she'll decide about my running. I also got H's SA results back. She said its only slightly off but shouldn't affect anything. Anyone really good at interpreting them? **End TW**. Going to a Braves spring training game in a little bit

GTKY: What city, state, or country do you never want to visit again? Why? Asheville, NC. I'm sure it's pretty but my bff and I ran a marathon there and it was freezing and raining and partly a trail race so muddy and slippery which we weren't prepared for. Overall, we didn't have a great experience
