Whats got mamas and babies (inside and outside) at the doctors office this week??

    DD had her 2 wk appointment yesterday ... all is well :) she gained about a pound and a half in the 2 weeks! doc said they only look for her to be back at her birth weight so she well exceeded that.
    she still weighs less than your babe did when she was born @kjd291 which just solidifies your rock star status for me! lol

    Baby had his first post discharge check up yesterday at 4 days old. He's already back up to his birth weight! This kid definitely eats like a champ. I'm not sure how I feel about the pediatrician though. She's not as warm and friendly as our last one. I guess all that should really matter is that she knows what she's doing and is knowledgeable, but I just walked away feeling kind of so so about her. We'll see her again in a couple of weeks and hopefully the vibe is different on that day.

    DD has her first post discharge pediatrician visit this morning at 10.  I'm dying to know what she weighs.  As long as it is more than discharge & we are headed back to birth weight I will be very pleased.

    @coconutkisses21 she peed not once but TWICE during diaper changes yesterday.  As soon as the cold wipe touches her butt she lets it loose!!

    Had 2 post discharge appts. Molly lost about 12% of birth weight at Tuesday's appointment so we had to aggressively feed ( my milk finally came in!) and Wednesday she gained 2.3 oz. yay!! We have another weight check Friday. Guys it's hard to keep going out with the c section recovery. That's the worst for me. I feel very sore when done. DH is driving us around but it just stinks.

    @CoconutKisses21 I hear ya!! My little one has "fear peed" at every doctors appointment (3) so far! During her last appointment yesterday I had to change her diaper 3 times lol. But she's finally above birth weight!!! She gained almost a full pound in a week and is measuring in at 7 lbs exactly yesterday!!!

    DS had his weight check since we were slightly below delivery weight at one week post partum. He is now officially 2 lbs up, putting him at 9lbs10oz. Safe to say, we're eating well in this house, ha.

    We're eating well here too! Hah.  Self weight check at home this morning... and Natalie is now 13lb5oz . Bring on all those baby rolls!!!

    Good vibes @silverbulletband !! 

    Molly had another weight check today at the pediatrician and she gained another 4 oz! She's now only down 8% instead of the 12% after discharge. She is eating like a champ! Next checkup next Friday :)
