hello friends. I am 8 weeks in. extremely tired and out of breath. i have a pretty active job. I just cannot stand for long now without feeling sick. and really, just want to crawl into bed at all time. of course, because it's still early I can't tell my coworkers just yet. I have been chewing on ginger pieces to try to combat the queasiness. I am curious what you all do to try to get through the first trimester at work?
I know exactly how you feel when it comes to having an active job. I don't really have the shortness of breath but I'm always yawning and wanting to take a nap, but i've found that if I push through it I can last till I finally crawl into bed. and it helps if I can catch a nap during the day before my shift at work.
Hi Chila! I dont have any recommendations, though I really appreciated your message because I am feeling the same. I have like 0 energy to do anything and since I normally go on walks and do yoga, this is odd. I don't even want to do that. I don't like it and I just did not expect it to be this hard.
Either way, keep going mama! I believe in you and am sending you lots of love and support here from Pittsburgh to get through your job each day and rest whenever you can.
