I don't mind at all. I took the pills (two of them) vaginally. You have the option of taking them orally but my doctor said it could give you stomach cramps.
I settled down on the couch for the day with my tylenol with codeine and a heating pad. I didn't feel anything until about three hours later. I had pretty bad cramps but didn't pass any tissue. I had bad cramps for about two hours and then I was okay again. Then a few hours later, bad cramps again for another two hours.
I took the pills on a Sunday and didn't actually pass the tissue until Tuesday. I am an oddity though because most people pass it right away and most don't have as bad of cramps as I did.
I am very sorry you are going through this again.
