Haha @xath that could definitely be true. Candy corn is pretty darn yucky. I don't know anyone who actually likes the stuff.
FFFC (of the boring variety that nobody will respond to lol): we have a house showing today at 1...I did bare minimum clean up last night and my husband is currently deep cleaning our bathrooms. It's 12:03 so we should be out of here soon but I'm just laying in my still unmade bed bumping. Oh and my toddler is still asleep (my pediatrician would be appalled at the idea of her still asleep at noon lol).

@SaphireSweetie88 DH and I had 'bed hog wars' last night and neither of us got good sleep. We are also going out of town this weekend with my family and 13 people staying in a 3 bedroom condo does not provide for restful sleep. I'm saving my energy by not doing any productive work.
Thanks @Dcwtada & @oheliza44 I'll look into those options for sure!! She's a lab mix, has some pit in her for sure but no clue on anything else. The rescue we're fostering her through rescued her from a kill shelter and she was next up to be euthanized She's just the sweetest thing! They think she was attacked by a dog cause she has some scars/scabs healing on her back and ears, but you would never know by her attitude. She's not food/toy aggressive, has been great with our dogs and DD, and is housebroken and goes into her kennel no problem. She just fits right in.

@SquirttheTurtle - Yeah I don't think I could do a 3 bedroom condo with 13 people lol

My kids are mostly Irish (hubby is like 80%, most of his family graduated from Notre Dame and are super proud to be Irish).
The only thing I've done special for today was make sure there was some green somewhere on them. All these leprechaun traps/green food/whatever is just too much for me.
My dads parents who are incredibly proper and conservative never allowed potty talk by dad grew up saying BM (bowel movement)!
FFFC: I was just talking to one of my girlfriends who is also a SAHM who said she washes her sheets and her kids' bed sheets twice a week... literally can't remember the last time I washed our sheets before we moved last week!
@dancegurl1118, I think we've created a cyclical problem for ourselves, haha! I'm literally sitting here, planning how to incorporate chocolate covered fruit into the cupcakes I have to make for my friend's bachelorette party. Totally not self-serving at all...

FFFC: That cat that secretly lived in our house and pooped and peed everywhere? I kind of miss him in a weird way. I've always wanted a cat or a dog, and that was the closest I've ever been to having one.
@manillabar First the chipotle burrito, then a box of Kraft Mac and Cheese, now OREOS?!?! These are like all of my guilty pleasures. I love your baby. HAHAHA
@yellow1daisy A friend of mine from highschool LOVES candy corn. Her whole family does. I never understood it.
@CPR79 I have a whole snowman collection and I would leave them up all year if DH would let me. Which I might just have convinced him of when we move to AZ!
@LuLiLaEv That puppy is adorable! Why would they put her down?? I'm so glad you guys have her

When I'm in the car, I blast the heat on because I'm freezing, and then once I get hot I blast the AC, back and forth, back and forth.... sometimes heat will be on in the back of the car, and AC will be on in the front because my body can't decide whether I am buring up, or freezing.
@CPR79 I like it too. Especially those giant pieces that are made from the same stuff. There are other candies I'd take over candy corn, but I do think it's delish.
Speaking of candy... My FFFC is that I am addicted to salty licorice (thanks to my husband, who is Scandinavian) and I've been eating it for the last couple weeks even though licorice is supposedly risky. I mean, I haven't been eating bags of it or anything. I'm trying to cut back... starting today.
@dancegurl1118 I'm not usually one for fruit-based desserts, but damn that looks sooo good right now.
Candy corn is one of my favorite candies ever! But only Brach's. The off brand stuff is disgusting. But I'm the pineapple hater, so is anyone really surprised that I love what you guys hate?
@ljd2010 100% seasonal candy is the freshest. At least that’s what I’ve convinced myself. Those resee’s peanut butter eggs taste so much better than a regular resee’s cup
I’m glad someone else chimed in because I was starting to feel like the only weirdo who likes candy corn reading through this… But I’m with @ginger1228 that it has to be Brach’s brand.
My newest FFFC. I was walking to my parking garage and had to cross the street. I didn't wait for the walk signal and saw a car way down the way so jogged to the other side. Pregnancy bladder made me start to pee, but luckily I stopped and thank God for panty liners. I rushed to pee and barely made it. OOF.
