I dunno how unpopular this will be here, but I'm already over college basketball. This could change if my bracket isn't a total dud. But I'm sitting here like BRING ON BASEBALL

No idea how unpopular this is, but it's definitely unpopular in my office... I really dislike country music. (There are a select few country songs I do like, but most of them are older.) The radio at work is often set to country and I cringe all day.
So this one is only gets to me sometimes… but I think it’s
annoying when people use their Facebook status to ask questions instead of just
googling. Lol Sometimes you really do need personal opinions or advice… but if
it’s something you can ask google, please do! It makes me laugh/cringe
depending on the day, especially if they’ve posted 3 or 4 questions in a day.

AGREE.
I live where any music aside from country and classic rock doesn't exist. It. Drives. Me. Nuts. And I judge people for it.
and, @Ashley1153 YUP. I hardcore judge people for that too.

@MJDsquared I also can't stand country music! And someone always is playing it at my job too. I usually turn it off as soon as they're gone.

I guess I have the real UO because I really like a lot of country music. I grew up loving Dolly Parton, and she remains my hero. DH grew up in Atlanta once he came to the states, so that's the music he grew up around and he got me hooked.

My unpopular opinion is it annoys me when someone responds with "it doesn't matter what someone else's experience is, it has no bearing on what you will/might experience". While I completely understand that's not necessarily false, it's really no different than the possible side effects for medications. I may not experience any of the side effects, however, the flip side is also true, I may experience one or some of those side effects. Sometimes people just want to know what they'll possibly be dealing with even if it's not a certainty.
I'm leaving the gym right now and there was this girl working out next to me on the elliptical, who had the machine on level 1 resistancy and was going as fast as she could. This was shaking the entire machine and making a super obnoxious squeeking sound. I guess my opinion is that people should take a gym 101 class or something. If you want to run on a machine that's what a treadmill is for.
@cdnrunning - While I get what you're saying. But I think the hesitation a lot of times is the responses can quickly turn into medical advice and because it brings out the special snowflakes. (extreme example alert....) Yes - there was that one person didn't have a single symptom and didn't even know they were pregnant until 6 months. That doesn't mean that you're pregnant just because you had well-timed sex and so you think you're pregnant, even though you're not turning a test. Yes, someone has gotten pregnant when they only had sex once during their period; that doesn't mean period sex is a smart conception strategy.

@Tennis11785 I hear ya!! And I actually agree. This really applies more back in the day, I haven't much of it lately that I can recall. Sometimes responses were just quick to jump on that person. But yes, special snowflakes can have all the snark
@Avrilmai We did away with the penny in Canada. It was weird at first, but is so nice now It gets weird when we go to the US though and end up with pennies again!
@JJMNO1616 Hahahaha. I was at the gym last week and I was on the 'not elliptical' Adaptive Motion Trainer https://www.precor.com/en-us/precor-amt-open-stride . The up/down arrows on the left change kind of the steepness and the right side is resistance. I usually do a 2 for steep and my resistance ranges from 6-12. Typically it says I burn a good 12 cal/min. I looked over and this lady was doing a 3/1. In 7 minutes she got 48 calories. At 6:30 am! Who gets up that early to not get something done? At one point she and her friend decided to experiment and couldn't figure out what any of the adjustments did. It's pretty simple. I had the hardest time keeping a straight face.

@kiki75 - not entirely related, but I hate those machines. I feel like my stride length is all over the place when I'm on it. I only use it if the all the actual ellipticals are unavailable!

@kiki75@morado23 I'm scared of those machines because I feel like I'd be just like those girls who don't know how to use them! I'd need someone to show me how to do it so I wouldn't look like an idiot trying it for the first time haha.
