Painful Intercourse 2 Weeks Post Retrieval

How common is it for the discomfort to still be there two weeks later? And if it is common how long until it's not painful during intercourse??
I'm having a sonohysterogram tomorrow to see if I have a polyp, and if so then day surgery to take it out, and it just seems like my bits are always busy. Between the injections swelling up my ovaries, egg retrieval, and now this it feels like I'm never gonna have normal, pain free sex anytime soon.

High FSH/ Low AMH
Endo Mild/ Moderate
History w/Clomid/Femera/Progesterone
IVF #1 cancelled poor responder
IVF #2 two good eggs/ froze both on day 3 rather then lose before blast
Awaiting sonohystogram to determine if minor surgery needed before FET

    @cakeborbreakfast - sorry to hear about your pain. My husband was treating me like I'm a snowflake that would melt if he touches me during the cycle. I tried to get the mood on a week after retrieval, but he got all worried and said that no, doctor said after AF comes and goes... So I'm still yet to find if it'll be painful. I'm a little worried about my ovaries still being quite swollen (I got ohss), but I can only wait so long...  o:)

    I don't produce FSH, so no natural menstrual cycle. DH has reduced morphology.
    Summer 2014 IUI (with first husband): cancelled after almost a month of stims due to too many follicles
    Time off to divorce, get back on my feet, find a new hubby and get married again 💑
    March 2017 IVF#1: ~70 follicles, 13R, 10M, 7F, 3B = 2 PGS Normal (both XY) - no transfer due to ohss
    Sept 2017 FET#1: BFP, Beta#1 (10dpt) - 253, Beta#2 (12dpt) - 528, DS born 05/31/2018 👨‍👩‍👦
    Dec 2019 FET#2: BFN
    Changed clinic, planning March 2020 IVF#2 - postponed due to the pandemic
    April 2020 IVF #2: ~30 follicles, 24R, 12M, 8F, 4B = 2XY & 2XX, all normal  <3
    Sept 2020 FET#3: one XX embryo, BFP, Beta#1 (9dpt) - 161, Beta#2 (11dpt) - 519, Beta#3 (19dpt) - 7174, Due date 05/30/2021

    I felt like sex was uncomfortable for a few weeks after ER.  It wasn't painful but I had to ask H to be careful.  

    With your procedure tomorrow you are really taking a beating so maybe give your bits some time to rest and if sex is still painful in a week or so I think you should share that with your doctor or a nurse.

    2017 - egg retrieval #1 - 3 eggs, 0 embryos appropriate for transfer; ER #2 2 eggs, 0 embryos on day 3; ER #3 1 egg 0 embryos
    moved to donor egg in summer 2017; 35 eggs retrieved; 19 fertilized; 9 total embryos
    Fresh transfer Dec 2017= BFP!  baby boy born 8/22/18

    May 2019 - surprise natural pregnancy ended in MC
    Nov 2019 FET; MC at 9 weeks
    May 2020 FET; BFN
    July 2020 FET; CP treated with methotrexate

    Had the sono  a few hours ago and now have serious cramps that are screaming at everything to stay away from the vajajay. Sex is the last thing on my mind now lol!!!!
