Blue fingers

Hi all,

Today I got a weird symptom: blue fingers. Has anyone else experienced this? I called my OB and he said to come into the office first thing tomorrow morning.

    @tova24 are your hands cold, tingly or anything? Or is it just the color. I used to have poor hand circulation and would get blue tips every so often, but not entire fingers and they were cold, tight, etc.

    I'm sure you have ruled this out- but if you recently got new jeans they may have an impact. I bought some old navy maternity jeans that have been terrible abou this! 

    Again- not trying to make light of a possible medical situation but it freaked me out at first until I scrubbed my hands!

    @tova24 Look up Reynaud's disease. My mom has it and her fingers turned white with a blue tint. Good luck!!

    Hi guys. I'm not cold and didn't buy new jeans recently. It's so weird! I have had some crazy pregnancy side effects so far, but this one takes the cake! I'll keep you guys posted and tell you what the Dr says tomorrow.

    Hi @tova24- we also have a weekly symptoms thread that this type of post would be perfect for. It's cool to see what everyone else is experiencing as far as pregnancy symptoms and you may get more responses to your question. Good luck!

    @tova24 I definitely agree with @NYTino24 about looking into Raynaud's syndrome.  I get this in colder weather.
