  I just use my favorite oatmeal raisin cookie recipe and add 4TBS of brewers yeast and 4TBS of Flax plus a little water to help with the moisture.

  I linked two muffin recipes in one of the bfing threads. I liked them more and they are easier bc you can freeze and thaw as needed

  Oh! M When I made mine, I did a double recipe and scooped balls of dough onto a cookie sheet and froze. Once frozen, I put the balls in a gallon ziplock. Now I just cook as many as I need

  Just had to order brewers yeast online, because I couldn't find it in store! Hope it's fine. I aslo
  have looked at the breastfeeding thread yet as not to stress myself out before labor.
  
  im going to try @sunshine507 s recipe,  but good to know you can add flax and yeast to other recipes. I like the freeIng idea too.
